Here's My Complicated Life

It's real(LIAM's POV)

i woke up at 6:30 to find my phone at the edge of the bed, ringing.. "Oh crap" I murmured sleepily.. I checked why my phone was ringing.. I didn't set any alarm or anything.. as i tapped in my passcode.. 

I found a message from nathan, saying "yow dude, where are you? Josh got into an accident.. come to the hospital ASAP" just by reading the last word, it sent chills up my soine, and it made me jump out of bed..

I got into the shower, and scrubbed, shampooed, soaped, in the shower, I got out and quickly dressed into my black hoodie and my white pants.. As i got down the stairs i found my sister, ready to leave.. she was dressed in her black and white dress that ended 4 inches of her knees. wrapeed in a black wrap around coat, we took of to head to the hospital.

the moment we enterred josh's room, we found the other boys crying their tears out.. my sister tried to stay strong for them by not crying, but I knew my sister too much..

Her face alone gave away alot.  her eyes, brimmed with tears but she  only let out a tear or two...

just one look at josh, it tore me to shreds..

when blake cried out, he woke josh up, leaving a mental picture of the six of us crying engraved in his brain..

as his eyes, opened and shocked.. Natalie ran to his side and held josh's hand. and said as she sobbed. "I'm sorry, I wasn't here ealier" he smiled, "It's okay, I understand, all that happened was I broke my left arm and my left leg, that's all, I promise" natalie, nodded in approval..

It was the first time I saw my sister show that look- the look of worry in her eyes to anyone else but us, her siblings..

But this was different..

It was just heartbreaking..

he closed his eyes for a minute and opened them again.. saying, "Hey guys, I'm hungry" 

we all laughed..

after all, the atmosphere wasn't all sad..

it changed as quickly as josh could say he was hungry.. problem is, he is always hungry

as we ate our food, josh broke out a smile we always saw..

It was good that he showed as if his accident didn't even hapen..

I admit, he was good at it..

I was envious on how he could turn the other cheek, how he was so strong..

all laughter..

It was like that until, both our phones with natty, rang in unison..

we grunted..

Natty muttered "great way to ruin a perfect moment"

Well that was life after all..

specifically our kind of life, just thinking of it made my stomach churn.. i decided to ignore my phone, as my ever-responsible sister that she is, answers the call the way professionals do it, 

their conversation went on until, the caller ended the  call..

She smiled, she said she just answered a call from our manager..

she gave a cheeky smile.. 

Did she just do something?? I'm assuming yes..

Once in a while I would see my sister cheeky..

Oh well that's her alright 

Its been 4 hours since we arrived at the hospital, Boredom was settling in.. But then nathan & damon started complaning on how they were bored to death, how they were so hungry, how their butts were aching.. I decided to go out with nathan, damon, matt, and stuart..

but as soon as we were about to reach the door someone knocked.. and opened the door..

we found out that the one who knocked was jake the jerk.. 

What was I thinking.. 

It was kinda akward.. We alll despised him.. all our eyes were on him..

"Pardon me for the disturbance, I just heard about your accident josh, I just came to visit.." he said in his tone of being concerned..

Josh replied quickly "Oh, thanks anyways"

noticing my sister, Josh was holding out a bouquet of violets and whit roses for her..

with all the tension in the room, she gingerly took the bouquet with one hand, making him notice she was holding josh's hand and said "thank you" he gave her a wink.. then started flirting with natalie..

He mouthed a "No problem" and said "Uh.. uhm. I gotta go bounce now guys" nodded a bit and turned to the door starting to hal-walk half-run until he reached the door, twisted the door knob and left..

as soon as jake left, my sister quickly dropped the flowers on the floor as if she never really wanted to touch it..

"What a fool." nathan said angrily.. "Nobody, has the right to steal my bestfriend's girlfriend away. Not even flirt with her" natalie understood nathan's tension after she looked at him.. Nathan was sitting on the floor, cross legged. on the spot right next to her..

she gave him a playful nudge.. and lookied at him with worry.. Nathan lost his agitated face because he knew he worried my sister. 

*5 minutes later*

Nathan started to say.. "Well, I am so glad tha's over" he walked to the door and turned back at us.. "Anybody care for some nandos and starbucks??" he squealed happilly..

josh who was sleepy, but holding on to Natalie's arm this time woke up to the words Nandos & starbucks said excitedly " Me!!" everybody laughed.. "Hey nathan mind if I tag along with stuart??" yelled matt.. "Then what are you waiting for mate? C'mon along then" all three walked out of the room.. 

So me, natalie, josh, and damon were left..

The silence was building up.. & josh started snoring but still hugging Natalie's arm.. Natalie, was now sitting right next to josh on the bed was patting his cheek..
