AUSTIN’S P.O.V

The pizza finally came onto our table. I was sitting next to candy, I put my arm around her chair and we were having a talk about derrick and Lilly. “Hmm… I love the smell” she said. She picked up a slice of the pizza and was about to bite it but stopped when she saw me, “you’re not having it?” she asked “well, you said we were to share it so you’re supposed to feed me – that’s the rule” “no it isn’t who said so?” “I said so” I dominated. She took the pizza and started feeding me; after I bit the slice she took the next bite. We finished the whole pizza in that manner.

After lunch we decided to drive back home. suddenly candy said,” I want a chocolate” to which I replied, “You’re not getting one” I said, “why?” she asked, “because I’m driving and I won’t stop” I replied. “But I want a chocolate” she demanded. “you’re not getting one- I told you that” I repeated again, “but you said that this is a date and it’s still not over so you’re supposed to make your girlfriend feel special by giving her whatever she wants” to which I widened my eyes,” my girlfriend?” I asked, “I said you friend” she denied,”no? You said you’re my girlfriend “I protested, “No I said ‘your friend’” she denied again. “Ok then you’re not getting the chocolate – forget about it” I blackmailed her. She sighed, “Ok fine I said “girlfriend”” she gave up “no? you said you’re my girlfriend” to which she protested,” I just said girlfriend” “then change it or else no chocolate” I said. She folded her arms and sat back “I said I was your girlfriend” she said and I grinned.

So I stopped at a nearby shop. I bought some Cadburys for her and jogged back to the car.  “Here you go” I said giving all of them to her, “oh thank you so much” she said giving me her beautiful smile. We reached home and sat on the couch doing nothing. “Uh… Austin I think I should go home now” she said. “It’s been like days I didn’t go for work so maybe from there I’ll go to the showroom “she added. “But I don’t want you to go” I said, “who asked for your feedback” she said “oh really? - don’t make me chop you now?” I said. “You can never chop me ok?” she said. “Let’s see- you said you want to go right?” I asked, “I don’t want to but I ‘am going’ Austin’’ she said “then go but tell me why did you come here candy?” to which she stammered ,”i-I I uh….” she thought for a while and squeaked, “ oh yeah I came here to have dinner with derrick and Lilly’ she shot back. “Right- so you were supposed to go home after the dinner party why did you stay back and why in my room?” I asked to which she kept quiet, “see I can chop you” I said claiming my victory. “Because I wanted to stay” she said still not sure “yeah so you wanted to stay -but why in my room?” I asked grinning “because you were sick and I wanted to look after you” she blurted out and then kept quiet when she realized that she just said something she hadn’t to say. “-and why did you want to look after when you don’t even have feelings for me- and Lilly also said you stayed awake during the night to check on me- so tell me why/” by this time I saw that she was totally pissed off with the conversation and blurted out, “because I love you and I couldn’t see you like that ok?” and I smiled. That was the thing I was waiting to hear for so dam song. I walked close to her and put my arms around her ,”finally you admit it” I said looking right into her brown hazel eyed as she refused to meet mine.

She was so embarrassed as she blurted out what she had kept within herself for like forever. “You know you look so cute when you’re embarrassed?” I asked and she tried to push me away but in vain. Instead of going away I held her more close to me. Then I looked into her eyes and slowly leaned in for a kiss and she didn’t seem to mind.
