Cameron's P.O.V

It's the first day of school and Austin and Derrick are already late. Considering we've been friends since kindergarten you would think they know I feel about having to wait too long. I slammed my locker shut and wandered around asking people if they had seen any of the jerks when suddenly I got knocked on my head. "ow! Bloody hell!" I exclaimed and turned back to see Austin giving me his cheeky smile. "Oh here's the asshole. Thanks for making me wait. You sooo made my day" I fake smiled and walked away. "Hey-hey , candy this time I have a reason for being late" he caught up with me. " what's it then?" I asked expecting the same old ' I got up late' excuse." I went to the cake shop to see whether the cake was ready!" God dammit! I forgot it was aunt Michelle's (Austin's mom's) birthday. A week ago we planned her birthday party and now I had no clue about it. "see? I knew you would forget! The person who gave me all the ideas, how could you?! " I scoffed. "Oh stop it you drama queen. " He put his hand on my shoulder and smiled lazily " I missed you" he said. "Austin shut up. It was just a week ago we went clubbing with your -girlfriend of the week- what was her name um..."i thought"--alexia?" he asked. "No?" I rolled my eyes. It was expected, because he had dated so many girls and he would even forget their names the next day. "Oh- Amelia. See I remember her?" he asked "NO Austin!'" I said. "-Amanda, that's her. She was the one we went clubbing with" I recollected."  Now I remember her'' he smirked. I rolled my eyes and gave him a small push on the left arm. "Great! I checked my schedule and we have all classes together except biology" he fanned himself with the paper that had out schedule on it."
We were walking towards our first class when a blonde entered. And Austin caught hold of her. "That's a hot one" he said as we saw her walking towards us. He grabbed my arm and walked me to her. Now this was the wing woman time. If you don't know what 'wing women' is– that was the name given to me when I was forcibly told to hook up girls with Austin. He always asked me to go to the girl he wanted, exchange a few words and then introduce him to the girl. Later, I was out of the conversation, Austin would start his flirting. And this time he did the same thing. "Time for my wing woman!" he said excitedly "go "he said pushing me towards her. So I went towards the girl," hi! New student?" I asked faking a smile "Yeah how did you know" oh wow! Blondes are always- i wont even complete that. "Oh I just um... guessed! And by the way I'm Cameron" I handed out my hand for a handshake. "Oh! I'm Miranda. "She smiled. Then I finally remembered about the two legged annoying Oxymoron standing behind me. "Hey Miranda have you met my friend Austin?" hearing his name being called Austin came up to both of us. "Hey beautiful" he gave her his charming smile. "Austin that's Miranda and Miranda that's Austin" I said. This was it- Austin started flirting with Miranda and I turned around to go find Derrick.. The moment I turned around I saw a nerdy girl fall. Her books fell apart. She didnt actual look nerdy but she had glasses on. Hi I'm cameron and im judging this nerdy slash i-dont -know- who -girl. All the students began laughing but she didn't care. She kept picking all her books up. I couldn't stand the scene so I went to help her." Guys please! leave her alone'' I hollered. the students who then stopped laughing and started walking their way. After picking all her books and giving them to her both of us stood up." Thanks" she said. "You're welcome" I smiled." New here?" I asked and she nodded in agreement. "Hi I'm Cameron" I said. "And I'm Heather- Heather Wilfred" we shook hands. I picked up her schedule and examined it," hey you're having some of the classes with me. C'mon I'll walk you to the first class, it's with me." I offered. She followed me. On the way we met Austin. Who gave a weird look," who's this nerd" he whispered loudly.. "Shut up Austin can't you just  be polite?" I grumbled. "nah! you didn't teach how to behave mommy" he laughed I smacked him right in his chest," I'm not your mommy" i mumbled. "when did I say you were" he shot back. Heather giggled on the other side. "You have a cute smile" he told heather cheekily and she blushed. Seriously Austin? He doesn't even like nerds but it was like he was changing his mind now.

 Austin kept staring at heather during the whole class. I think he's really started liking her- like real liking, you know. Normally he's cracking jokes during the class but today he kept staring at her. He didn't even talk to me nor did he listen to any of my talks. He didn't even look at me. What the hell is wrong with me! Was i.
... jealous or something?! No way! I need to step out of this. What are you thinking Cameron. Stop it!
