Woah. Wait. He loves me?
"What do you mean you love me?" I yelled, chasing after him. He had a huge advantage, he had long legs for a good escape.
"Luke!" I yelled again, hoping for him to stop and listen to me. "What, Lylah? What do you want from me?" He said, harshly.
"I want to know what you mean? How long have you been in love with me?" I asked. "Was it not obvious? I fell in love with you when you fell in front of me." He said, looking at the ground.
"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked, almost in a whisper. "You were clearly in 'love' with Ashton. Why would I tell a girl that I love her when she clearly loves someone else?" He asked, looking me straight in the eyes.
∆∆ Luke's POV ∆∆
I couldn't help it anymore. I looked her straight in the eyes, and kissed her. I didn't care if she was still with Ashton, I loved her. At first I could tell she was scared, but eventually she kissed back. "I love you Lylah. Forever and always." I said, walking away because I knew she didn't feel the same.

He was walking away and I felt that our friendship was too. "Wait! Luke, wait up." I said, finally catching up with him. "What?" He said, his eyes lighting up at the sight of my face. "I don't know if I love you, but I know I don't not want to be with you." I said. "What do you mean?" He asked, clearly confused.
"I mean, I want to be with you, not Ashton." I replied, stopping. I started walking back to Ashton's house to break up with him.
God how can I be so stupid, so vulnerable? I was so stupid for taking Ashton back so soon.
I heard footsteps nearing me, and to no surprise, it was Luke. "What are you doing?" He asked. "I'm going to finally break things off with Ashton." I said, not even looking at him. He walked a little faster and stopped in front of me, turning to face me.
"Are you sure you want to do this?" He asked, flickering his eyes to my lips, then back to my eyes.
"I'm sure." I said, smirking, causing him to do the same.
