∆∆ Luke's POV ∆∆
I decided to leave the second time she closed the door. I walked outside and sat on a park bench. I thought about everything that had happened in the last couple of hours.
You know what? She hasn't shown any sign of love, why am I even trying anymore? I didn't even love her, thinking back now. I'm going to have some fun.
"Hey Dani! Do you wanna maybe, hang? I'm at the park." I asked through the phone. "Sure! Be there in 5." She said, hanging up.
Perfect.
I decided that since Lylah clearly didn't love me, I was going to ask Dani to be my girlfriend again.
I heard footsteps nearing me and looked over to see Dani.
"Hey Dani!" I said, wrapping her in a hug. "Hi Luke!" She replied. I pulled back from the hug and looked into her eyes.
"Hey I wanted to ask you a question. I was really stupid for breaking up with you. Will you take me back? Please?" I asked. "Oh my god Luke! Yes!" She said, pulling me into another hug. "Hey, I was just about to head back to my place, wanna come?" I asked, grabbing her hand and walking to my house, knowing she would say yes. "Well, yeah. I mean, we're already walking that way. I don't see why not." She said as we continued down the road.
This felt nice. I missed the way we could hang and do nothing, yet still have fun.
We arrived at my house and my mom looked shocked. I mouthed her a 'I'll tell you later' look and she just left the room. I handed Dani a pair of sweats and a Blink-182 t shirt and she left to go change. My mom had heard the door close, I guess, and came into my room.
"What happened with you and Lylah?" She whispered, making sure Dani didn't hear her. "A lot happened mom. Just go." I whispered back.
Dani came back into the room and laid next to me. "Hey Dani. I have band practice tomorrow, you interested in coming?" I asked. "Uh, yeah sure." She said, yawning. "Okay. Good night Dani." I said, yawning also, before falling asleep.
∆∆ Lylah's POV ∆∆
I thought long and hard about getting back with Luke and decided that, I would take him back. I could tell he was genuine with his apology and I did still love him. They has band practice today and I planned on telling him that I would get back with him before it started. It was ten in the morning now, so I threw some clothes on, put on light makeup, brushed my teeth, and put my hair im messy bun before leaving the house. I arrived at Calum's garage and him and Michael were already tuning their guitars.
"Hi Lylah!" They said in unison. "Hi!" i mocked, sitting on Ashton's cajon. I started playing a beat, out of habit, and the boys played chords on their guitars to match my beat.
Ashton arrived and stared at me.
"Get off of my baby!" He faked cried, running toward me. "Sorry, sorry." I said, lifting my hands in defeat and getting off of his cajon.
"Hey, did you and Luke ever make up?" Calum asked. "No, but I planned on apologizing to him today." I said. "What happened to you and Luke?" Michael asked.
"A lot." I replied.
I heard footstep and laughter nearing us, and I thought it was just Luke at first, but there was someone else. I gave Calum a confused look and he mouthed 'Dani'.
What? This can't be happening.
∆∆ Luke's POV ∆∆
I forgot Lylah was going to be here. Oh no, me and Dani. Wait, Lylah didn't care, why should I?
"Luke?" She asked, pain in her voice.
I felt so bad for doing this but, here we go.
"Lylah, meet Dani." I said, kissing Dani.
