Oscar Night

~A/N -Hello loves! Life has been crazy and I am SO, SO sorry that I haven't updated recently. Thank you to all the amazing Hollanders that vote and comment on these stories. You amazing people are the reason I write these. Hope you enjoy this one! ~

Tears fell down your cheeks as you heard your fiances's name called. The crowed roared with applause. Tom covered his mouth in awe and bent over in tears. He then hugged you so hard and kissed your cheek. 

"I'm so proud of you, Tom." You said as you felt his warm embrace. You stood up so Tom could slip past you and walk towards the stage. The crowd continued to cheer until he got up on stage.  You knew he would win an Oscar one day and you couldn't be more proud or happy for him. Tom walked up to the microphone and took a breather. You could tell he was nervous but overjoyed. 

"Wow . . " He finally said. He held the Oscar in his hands and stared at it in amazement. 

"Thank you . . . so much for this award. I . . .have never been more amazed and humbled in my life." He said. Tom was choking up with tears, which made you cry even harder. 

"I want to thank the academy, for giving me this Oscar. My Mum, Dad, and family for always being there for me and supporting me in everything I do.  And my beautiful, bride to be, love of my life, Y/n" He said furrowing his eyebrows and looking at you with a warm smile. 

"You encouraged me when I had none, helped me get through tough times and loved me like no one ever had. I love you so much, my darling." 

There were no words to describe what you were feeling. 

"Again, Thank you SO, SO much, for this award. I am truly in awe." Tom said and then started walking off stage. The crowed stood and roared with applause for Tom and his speech. Some of the actresses were crying too. You ran down to meet Tom before he could get back to the row that you were both sitting on and embraced him with a huge. You wrapped your arms around his neck and whispered," I love you so much." You knew your makeup was all messed up from your tears, but you didn't care. The crowd loved this even more and started cheering and crying. This was going to make quite a scene on television but you mind. All you cared about was the man you were going to spend the rest of your life with. You wanted him to know how much that speech touched you. 

After a while of hugging, you both made your way back to your seats and the Oscars continued onto the next award presentation. Tom put his award down next to his feet and took your hand and kissed it. He then wove his fingers through yours and held your hand as you both sat back to watch the rest of the show.
