Sometimes, I wish I was born in the 50's/60's so I could be a Black Panther and fight the man... Then I remember how much I love my phone, and wifi, and modern stuff, and I'm like nah fam, I'm good.
One common misconception about the Black Panthers is that they were racist.
-White people or anyone who wanted equality was could join
-They were black and proud and they sang it loud. I know pro-black is scary to some people.Yes, they were militant. They protected their neighborhoods from the Klan and other racists.
Rev. Doc. Martin Luther (Rest in Power) and his peaceful protests were not the only thing that won us our equality.I may or not add more
