Mike and you had been best friends ever since you were both toddlers, and had been brought together by your parents. Ever since Mike had met Eleven, it seemed as if he had been pushing you out, and it hurt, that he found someone new, so you distance yourself, Mike notices, and misses you.
"Mike, leave me alone!" I shout, speed walking down my road, almost reaching my house, "Go and bother Eleven, you don't need me anymore, she's your best friend now, I get it."
He begins to catch up with me, practically running, but slowing down when he reaches my side, "You're my best friend, too. You always will be."
