Joe when you talk to him about your friendship. You and him had been very close friends for a while, he would come over to your house to watch a movie and eat with you, and you would cuddle and talk about everything going on in your life. Lately, you began to feel things for him and you decide to talk about it to him in the most subtle way possible.
"I don't think I'll ever love anyone as much as I love you, Joe." I say, shyly smiling up at him.
I didn't know if he would actually understand that I meant this in a different way, I meant it, as I knew that I would never find anyone that I could picture the rest of my life with.
He glances at the ground before looking up at me with a smile, before leaning closer to me, bringing one of his hands towards me face, resting his hand upon my cheek, "I love you."
