Ariana flopped on to the bed, thank full that it was over while the midwife cleaned her up. Karen gave her a motherly hug. "How" she asks her "I don't know Ariana" she replies "I got told I was only having one" she says before Karen was able to answer her the doctor comes in.

"Please tell me how I just gave birth to two babies" Ariana asks wanting answers. "We have looked at your scans and the baby was hide behind the other baby which we couldn't see, were sorry" the doctor says.

"What's the gender" Ariana asks "a girl" he smile making Ariana smile. The doctor leaves and the midwifes we're still sorting out the baby girl. Ariana immediately started crying.

"Hey hey Ariana, you should be proud of your self" Karen tells her "how did I do that with out him Karen, I need him with everything and they took him away in my minutes of need" she cries "I know you are perfect for each other and help each other with everything" she smiles.

"Now I have some baby girls clothes in the car and I think we're in need of a pair will you be alright alone for a minutes" Karen asks her and Ariana nods as she's handed the baby girl.

"Hi baby" she smiles down at her tapping her nose a little.

"My wife needs me" Malcom says as he's escorted out "it's best for your son to be checked over" the nurse says "that was a bit of force Ariana gave him them" the nurse says making him angry "don't you dare call her a bad mum, maybe if she was told she was having twins this wouldn't be an issue and now my poor baby girl is in their alone with the support of my mother and not her husband" he raises his voice.

"Hi sweetie" Karen hands her the outfit, "are these Ellie's"Ariana asks recognising the outfit "yep, I don't like why they were in the car but looks like they came in handy" she chuckles as Ariana gets her changed. "I want to know how my son and husband are" she asks and the nurse just walked out ignoring her.

"Baby girl" Malcom comes in with the baby boy and making Ariana smile "I'm so sorry" he tells handing her the baby boy. She pouts her lips and he chuckles leaning down and giving him a kiss.

Ariana instantly calmed down when she had both her new borns and Malcom with her.

A few hours pass and she got a message saying she was on her way. Ariana placed the babies in the two cribs that had and they were given much better care.

Ariana gave Malcolm a kiss making Karen smiles at them both making Malcom go bright red. "Aww my sons embarrassed" she laughs.

"Hi sweetie" Joan comes through the door giving her a hug. "Hi mummy" she smiles. "How's the litt-." She pauses "why is there two bed" she asks "I had twins mummy" Ariana tells her "what" she asks rushing over to them.

"I love how my mum cares more about the twins that Me" Ariana laughs. "I'm confused" Joan says liking down at the two children "there my children, I gave birth to them both today" she giggles "I thought you were only having one" she asks "we thought that too" Malcom says.

"You got names" Frankie asks giving Ariana a hug. "We have one for the boy" Ariana smiles looking at Malcom "Noah Patrick McCormick" Ariana says "why can't it be Grande" he asks "I'm a McCormick" Ariana laughs making him role his eyes.

"And the girl" Joan asks "we don't know" Malcom says. "I dread to think how Ellie is going to react" Ariana sighs.

They were interrupted by the cries of the two babies and Ariana sighed. "How am I supposed to feed two" she asks "well help you don't worry" Karen says.

Malcom helped Ariana lift up the top and Ariana got the handle of feeding two babies at the same time quickly.

Karen disappeared out the room for a bit but Malcom and Ariana were focusing on the babies to ask where she had gone.
