Malcom gently climbed out the bed from Ariana grip. "Baby" she cries as he gets to the door "Ariana sweetheart one of the twin is crying" it breaks his heart to say them words. All he wanted to do was run to her and tell her everything was okay.

He walks out and grabs Noah. "Shh calm down" Malcom tells him walking down to get some milk. He sees Ariana stood at the top of the stairs. She so desperately wanted to smile but she couldn't so she cried. She watched Malcom feed their baby boy before she walked away feeling the need to be far away from him as possible.

"Oh you pooper" Malcom giggles. He grabs a nappy and changes his bum before carrying him back upstairs and putting him in a cot. He watched him go off to sleep before going through back to Ariana.

She hugs him. The only person she wanted to be around was Malcom. He carries her back to the bed and strips her before changing her into some comfier clothes.

He got in next to her rubbing her back as she cried into his chest. "How's she gone Malcom" Ariana asks her self "everyone dies at some point Ariana, I know how hard this is for you" he holds her.

"Out" Ariana screams at Ellie as she runs in, in the morning, Ariana hasn't slept neither did Malcom. Ellie ran off crying at her mothers sudden outrage.

"Ariana it's not er fault" Malcom tell her "leave me alone" she cries and he gets off the bed. He leaves the room and goes to Ellie. "Daddy" Ellie cries "I know baby" Malcom picks her up and holds her. "Mummy mean" she cries "mummy's just really upset okay" he tells her and she nods.

"Will mummy be happy again" she asks "I hope so because I don't like sad mummy either." Malcom tell their baby girl.

He hears screaming and throwing coming from their bedroom and he sighs "wait here" he tells her and she nods.

Malcom walked to find Ariana throwing things. He grabs her Ariana as she throws her self about. She starts to violently shake as she began to fit. "Fuck" Malcom mumbles laying her down on the floor. His heart broke watching his world throw her self about on the floor and couldn't do anything about it. It was his 2nd time witnessing Ariana do this and he was explained what to do.

Ariana blanks out as her body stops shaking. Malcom gently picked her up and laid her on the bed. He looked at his broken wife before crying. He caused that seizure and he couldn't have prevented putting her distressed body through that.

He walked out the room leaving Ariana. He makes Ellie breakfast. "MALCOM" Ariana screams and he quickly runs up the stairs. "Stay with me please" she asks "Ariana we have 3 kids you might what to be depressed and stay in the bedroom but them 3 kids need a parent" he tells her breaking his heart at the fact he's just said what he said. "I need you" she cries "baby girl" he sighs pulling her into a hug "I wish I could be here with you too, I want to help you through this but Ariana you have to understand that I can't ignore the kids. I don't mind you staying in the bedroom. You can watch tv you can do anything, I don't mind you calling me for something to eat or drink but them kids need me just as much as you do" he rubs her back "Can I have a drink" she asks and he nods.

Malcom walks downstairs and grabs Ariana a bottle of water and takes it up to her. She thanks him before he leaves her be. Every time he walked out that bedroom his heart broke. He wish he could take her lain away but he couldn't.

"Grandma" Ellie smiles "hi baby" she giggles picking her up. "Hi mum" Malcom smiles "how is she" she asks "not good" he sighs "she'll come around, it's just a shock Malcom" Karen tells him "I know but she won't see the kids" he sighs "all she wants is me but the kids need me too" he tells his mum "as hard as it is Malcom your kids come first" Karen tells him and he nods. "I'm still going to help Ariana though she won't get it through it alone" he tells his mum and he nods. "Do you think she'll see me" Karen asks and Malcom shrugs taking Maddy into his arms from the floor.

Karen walks up the stairs after placing Ellie back on the floor. "Ariana" Karen says ever so gentle Ariana looks at her "have you eaten" was the first thing she asks Ariana shakes her head "Ariana I know it's hard but you need to eat" Karen sighs "I just want Malcom" she cries "he's trying his best Ariana"
