Location: Tunnel Of Time

Overdrive shone with a blue light, and suddenly his body was covered in a black metallic substance. The substance then glowed blue and Overdrive transformed. He now looked like his old self. He could feel a new wave of power wash over him as he regained his Infinisapien power. Elena just looked at him, a blank look in her eyes.

"That feels much better," said Overdrive standing up, "That's weird."

"What is?" asked Elena.

"I appear to have regained a tiny fraction of my power," said Overdrive. "And inside I can still feel a heart pumping. I think inside my skin I still have organs and muscles."

"So you are still human inside," said Elena. "I assume that your power may take longer to unlock completely. I can see that your power is still lower than that of Frostbite."

"Time is running out. I can tell the future hasn't changed. Well, we have just been making history. We must hurry, time isn't stopping for them," said Overdrive. Elena then looked at the tunnel.

"We are here," said Elena.

Suddenly the portal pushed then out and they arrived at a temple floating in empty space. Universes could be seen in the distance. The temple was massive, made of intricate gold markings among red walls. It had a courtyard, in the middle was a circle. The circle depicted six elements; fire, water, earth, wind, light, shadow. The two knew exactly where they were.

"We have arrived at the home of the elemental deities," said Elena.

"I remember this place. I came hear when I was six years old," said Overdrive, "This guys... are snobs. Like, absolute snobs. Infinisapiens don't like them. Omnisapiens don't like them. Celestialsapiens don't like them. No one likes them."

"Perhaps they are snobs. But we have no time to dwell on it. We have to speak to him," said Elena. Overdrive looked at the gates made of gold that led into the temple.

"The Fire God," said Overdrive.

Locations: Alpha League Base

Present Time

The Alpha League was in shock. They didn't expect the corruption to take put ten elite hero teams all at once. They were forced to return home to tend to their wounds. Thanks to Night Mist and Humatrix, they managed to get healed really quickly. But there were still wounds inflicted by the Corruption that were taking a bit longer to heal.

"I can't believe this!" yelled Humatrix, "Why can't we hurt that thing? What is it?"

"I don't know, but we have no time to worry about it. We were just called for another mission," said Nighto looking at the screen in the Alpha League Base control center. It showed that they had been called by the Infiniversal Council to go in a mission with the Shock Bombers, another hero team, to help with an evacuation.

"We have to go!" said Mystican as he and the team hurried to the Alpha Juggernaut. Elena followed behind them, not saying anything. They got on the ship and started their engines and set the coordinates to the Trilenium Eververse. The whole Eververse was being evacuated, seeing as how the corruption has just taken a trillion multiverses.

The Alpha Juggernaut then blasted at speeds that even surpassed that of Humatrix, thanks to being fueled by the power of all the team members. The team then headed to the closest planet to the base, which was also one of the largest.

Location: Planet Belliungum, Solar System

Present Time

Beyonder had gone along with the demons as he took the exhausted Genos to a different planet that was far away from the Betrux system. This planet, named Belliungum, was a wasteland. The planet was completely barren due to the effects of nuclear war that had happened 8 hundred-thousand years ago, when humans lived on that planet. It was an alternate version of Earth, but everything had died off. The radiation was long gone. But the planet had been completely abandoned a long time ago. In the sky, the moon looked the same as it always had. It casted light across the empty barren land.

"His life force is weak. Will he ever wake up?" asked Beyonder.

"Of course he will. It's just that the process of activating the other half of his power could had killed him," said the demon.

"Killed him? How could you take that chance!?" yelled Beyonder enraged. This demon could have killed his own son without a second thought.

"How could I? He is my son. I will do everything to make sure he succeeds," said the demon.

"Succeed? You are only using him as a pawn so that you can succeed on your plan!" said Beyonder, his eyes glowing with cosmic energy.

"Calm down Beyonder. No need for violence between you and me. After all, demons are stronger than you think," said the demon smiling. Then snapped his fingers and a wave of dark energy shot into Beyonder, who then fell into the ground unconscious. Dark energy surrounded him, keeping him bound.

"There. No more problems now," said the demon. He stood up and looked up at the moon. He reached into his pocket and took a locket out, and pressed the gem in the pendant. The gem lit up and a hologram appeared, depicting a young woman with blonde hair, and angel wings on her back. Next to her was the demon, well, a younger version of himself. The two were smiling, standing in front of a house they had just bought.

"Don't worry honey. I will avenge you soon," said the demon.
