The march exams were over ! Finally ! A long awaited breather ! No more Darrin, No more Zack, no more Mindy , No more Oriental ! Just Phoenix and her dad at his apartment. Or so Phoenix thought , "I'm attracted ?!"...this was a text message Phoenix had gotten, she wondered who it was from because she has never seen this number ! To make matters worse, she rarely gave her number out. "Haha, very funny whomever you are, how dare you leave such a text without even telling my your name ? Ahg ! You have been blocked weirdo !"
Phoenix never really got around to blocking the number simply because she was excited about going to her dad's place.
The day finally came for Phoenix to go to her dad's place, finally ! Time to bask in the glory of having her old life back ! Or so she thought...
Phoenix woke up to find a message from the number she supposedly blocked
"Wait ! It's me ! Darrin ! You borrowed me your calculator the other day and I just couldn't help copying your number down, please don't think I'm weird I just really needed to talk to you"
Okay Phoenix ! Let's check the last seen to figure out when he was online ! Wait...he is online right now !
"Hi, is it really you Darrin or is it Terrence pranking me ..." 2 minutes, if not less, later Darrin sent a text back and that was the start of what would be a beautiful friendship...
"Phoenix, it's time to go " her dad said, see now Phoenix was so caught up on her phone and talking to Darrin she forgot about her dad coming to fetch her
"Dad ! I didn't hear you come in !You're here already, wow time flies "
She got all her stuff and put them in the car, said goodbye to Ouma and drove off with daddy...With her phone in hand talking to Darrin of course...
Darrin : hey , Phoenix about the first message I sent you...
Phoenix : yeah I've meaning to ask you about that, what does "I'm attracted mean?"
Darrin : well Phoenix, talking to you these couple of day has helped me realize that, I love you, I've always loved you, from the first day I saw you I knew you had to be mine but I couldn't tell you

Phoenix : What about Sia ? I don't want her starting a fight with me,I don't wanna get hurt and ruin my reputation over some relationship, my mom would kill me and my dad would be dissapointed, I don't know Darrin, it just seems like a big risk to wanna date you now, work things out with Sia

Phoenix regretted her decision immediately after making it, we all know how she felt about Darrin but she just had a feeling that Darrin wasn't who he seemed and maybe her feeling was wrong but who knows ...
They kept on talking through out the holidays, like it wasn't enough that Phoenix and Darrin ...hhhm..what's the term ? LIKED EACH OTHER ! She really saw no harm in it
