Chapter 4

Calisa's POV

"Well that was on hell of a family reunion." Max comments closing the door behind me.

"Imagine dinner time." I mumble climbing up the stairs and walking to my room.

I open the door and snap my fingers, all my clothes unpacking and putting themselves in the closet.

"I wished I could do that." Max says sitting on the edge of the bed.

I smirk "Just ask me, I'll do it for you."

I rummage through the clothes and pick out some pajamas shorts with a matching tank top, taking my toiletry bag and towel along.

"I'm gonna take a shower." I tell Max before walking out the door.

As I'm reaching the bathroom Kyle beats me to it and closes the door in my face.

"Sorry love, I need to pee." He explains.

I frown and roll my eyes while tapping my foot, the door opening "Not anymore."

He looks confused "How did you do that?"

I smile and make him levitate out the bathroom.

"Magic" as the word leaves my mouth, the door closes and locks.

I undress and start showering, singing loudly in the shower.

"I don't know where you're going but do you got room for one more troubled soul?! I don't know where I'm going but I don't think I'm coming home and I said! I'll check in tomorrow if I don't wake up dead. This is the road to ruin and we're starting at the end. Say yeah! Let's be alone together! We can stay young forever! Screaming from the top of your lungs!" I shout, my voice cracking but that ain't stopping me.

"Are you killing a cat in there?!" Kyle shouts from outside the bathroom door.

"Haters gonna hate." I snap back.

"Yeah, and we are all gonna have bleeding ears if you don't tone it down." Kyle replies.

I roll my eyes and keep singing quietly.

"I'm half werewolf half vampire, I can still hear you. I really hate having enhanced senses sometimes." Kyle comments.

"Oh yeah?" I question, a smirk slowly creeping up my face, as my evil master plan starts to take shape.

"Sorry doll." He answers.

"If he has enhanced hearing, enhanced powers, but complains about it, take them away, and let him be human." I mumble quietly

"Did you say something?" Kyle asks.

"Nothing at all." I reply, raising my voice a little so he doesn't notice the changes.

I quickly change and put my wet hair up in a bun, making my way back to my room. This should be fun.

"Partner let me upgrade you!" I sing loudly to myself as I dance around clumsily.

I've been doing random stuff for the past our, waiting for something to do, like dinner time.

I jump on my bed, shaking my hips from side to side, bobbing my head along to the rhythm of the music, living the moment.

"Calisa!" Someone shouts behind me and I snap my neck in their direction, my butt frozen in mid-swing.

There stands Max, Kyle and Hunter.

I laugh nervously, taking an earphone out "Hey guys."

"Loving the moves." Kyle comments, his cocky grin as always plastered on his face.
