Chapter 34

Camila'sP.O.V.

I woke up in Austin's arms. I remember we watched movies all night long until it was three in the morning.

I got up and went to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth.

I sat down just thinking if this was always going to be like this.

I'm always home.

I should do something. Like go to school or get a job. I don't know.

I got up and went to the living room and the girls were there.

I haven't had time with them in forever.

"Hey."I said softly.

"Hey."They all said back.

I sat next to them.

"What are you guys doing?"I asked.

"Nothing.We have nothing to do."Skyler said.

"Oo We should all go out and I'll pay for everything."I said.

"Camz."Dinah said.

"Oh c'mon I haven't spent time with you guys in forever."I said.

"Ok we're all going out go get ready!"I said and went back to my room.

Austin wasn't in bed I went to go check in the bathroom and he was there brushing his teeth.

"Hey sleepyhead!"I said.

He smiled.

"Can I ask you for a favor?"I said.

He spit and said "What is it?"

"So I kinda wanna go out with the girls and I wanted to know if you could drive us?"I said.

He looked at me and didn't say anything.

"Is that a no?"I said.

"How are you going to go out with all these bruises?"He asked.

"Its as easy as walking out the door and going somewhere."I said.

"I guess. Ok I'll take you guys."He said.

"Thanks big butt."I said.

"But on one condition."He said.

"And that is?"I asked.

"You have to go out with me tomorrow night."He said wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Hmm..I'd have to think about that Mahone."I said.

"Well I guess I'd have to reconsider taking you and your side hoes."He said.

I gasped and laughed.

"I guess I'd just have to ask one of your hoes and im sure nobody will say no to me."I said starting to walk away.

He grabbed my wrist and pulled me back.

He kissed me and said"I'll give you guys ten minutes.

After everybody was ready we left to a plaza near by.

"So what are we doing first?"Normani asked.

"I wanna get you guys some frozen yogurt." I said.

"Cool beans!Let's go!"Robert said.

"No, you're going out with Austin.Today its just me and my girls."I said.

"Whatever."Robert said walking away.

"Let's go."I said.

We entered the store and all got some frozen yogurt.

I payed around thirty dollars but its okay, I haven't spent time with the girls in ever.

"Now where are we going?"Ally asked.

"Um..shopping!"I said.

"Camz its a little too expensive for all of us to go shopping."Skyler said.

"Um..yea just don't worry about it."I said giving her an assuring smile that said everything will be okay.

We all entered the store.We went to forever 21 and everybody got an outfit.Then we went to Hollister .We all looked around and got something but Nikki still hasn't gotten what she wanted.

We all sat down.

"Anything Nikki?"Dinah asked.

"Nope."She said.

After a while of being there two strange guys walked in.

The pulled a gun out and I know exactly what was going to happen.

"Everybody get down on the ground right now!"One guy said.

We all got down and the girls looked terrified.

Nikki didn't get down.

"Get down bitch!"A guy said to her.

"Hell no I still haven't gotten what I want."Nikki said.

"Nikki..."I whispered knowing nobody could hear me.

"Get down."He said again.

"Nigga didn't you go to school? N O means no."She said rolling her eyes.

"That's fucking it."He said.

He shot her in her head.I knew she was done instantly.

I was about to scream out loud when Skyler covered my mouth.

"Give me all your fucking money."The guys said to the cashier.

I took out my phone and dialed Austins number.

He picked up and I said "Hollister store in plaza come."In a crying and cracking voice.

The guys got there money and left.

Seconds after they left Austin and the guys walked in.

I ran into Austin's arms and cried my eyes out.

The ambulance came and took Nikki placing her in a white bag.

I couldn't even look at her anymore.

"She's gone..."I said into Austin's chest.

He was speechless and was rubbing my back.

We got in the car and drove back home.

Austin and I went into our room.

"Austin I can't do this anymore."I said.

He looked at me with pain in his eyes.

"What?"He said.

"I can't..I need to go back"I said crying.

"Back where?"He asked.

"Home"I said.
