The Official Breakup Part 3

Ruby POV

Me and Sapphire were heading to the roof. Brans told us that Y/N and Yang were up there. I ended up talking to Sapphire about his situation.

"You need to get some sleep! You can barely stay up! Even when we are walking. I just want you to get some rest so you don't accidentally kill yourself through exhaustion. I'm worried about him too," I said to him as we were close to the door.

"I know you do. I just want to make sure he's alright. He is a part of my team. I'm just trying to make sure he's okay. I'm sorry, but I chose to watch him at night. I know it's putting a strain on me, but I've gotta be there for him. He needs us more than anything right now," he tells me as he looks at me.

"I know, but it's worrying me how you aren't getting enough sleep. At least let's do it as turns. So we all can help and get enough sleep," I have my input and looked at him with a worried smile.

"So you two love birds came up here to Yang?" I heard my sister ask before I turn as red as her eyes when she uses her semblance.

"N-n-no," I squeaked out because of her sentence. She always teases me.

"No we came up here to see if Y/N is ok. He seemed heartbroken when Weiss said that earlier," Sapphire said to Yang before I saw Y/N. He had red eyes and nose and he was shaking in his sleep.

"So I see he's asleep," I say to my sister. I look at Yang as she looked at Y/N. I saw she had an incredibly concerned look on her face. Then, I saw her tear up. Apparently, I wasn't the only who noticed, because my boyfriend had spoken.

"What happened? Tell us Yang," I heard Sapphire say. I looked intently at Yang. I never saw my sister cry for someone else.

"H-he tried to kill himself again. He was going to jump off the edge. I'm so glad I grabbed him in time," Yang said as now she was shaking. I walked to her and hugged her.

Sapphire POV

I just stood there wide-eyed at what Yang just said. He was going to jump? I clenched my fist before calming myself down. Apparently, Ruby saw it.

"Sapphire? Are you ok?" Ruby asked me as I slumped on the wall and sat down. I chuckled before I nearly broke down.

"What a leader I am. Look at me. I can't seem to get through to him. I had thought we cheered him up, but he put on a show. I never helped a friend with this," I said as I put a hand to my head and had a conflicted face between sadness and smiling.

"This is a thing that leaders have to go through. It's not only affecting you Saph, but it's also affecting me and my team. Your teammate may have it the worst but we are all here for him," Ruby told me as she sat in my lap. She then hugged me in the middle of her small speech.

"Thanks Rubes, I needed to hear that. I'm glad you're my girlfriend," I said as I pecked her lips and smiled.

Cyan POV

I'm taking a walk right now. I needed a lot of alone time right now. Weiss probably shattered Y/N's heart with that. Now he won't be the same. He will just be a shell. I got pretty pissed off about that. I had even tried showing her the universal sign language for, "shut the fuck up he is coming."

I sighed before deciding to walk back to my dorm. I think that's enough. I'm pretty sure Brans had a fun time teaching her how to love someone properly. Not that kind of fun. I mean he scolded her to the brink of his lung capacity.

I arrive at the dorm room and enter only to see Brans punching his punching bag. I guess we all need to let off some steam. Not to sound a bit cliche m, but I feel bad for Weiss. She was given the cold shoulder, slapped in the face, yelled at, and is now probably facing Yang's wrath.

I laid down on my bed and sighed before closing my eyes and going to sleep.

Blake POV

I saw Weiss walk in here sweaty. I also saw a hand mark on her face. I immediately recognize it as Yang's. Neptune couldn't hurt her if her tried. Brand knew how to suppress it. Sapphire isn't the type of guy. Ruby isn't the type of girl. Cyan's hand is too small. Jaune is usually with Pyrrha.

"What did you do this time?" I asked as I continued reading my book.

She didn't respond back to me. She just went to her bed and layed down. I could see a couple of tear lines from her eyes and sighed.

"We did tell you to end this sooner. Now look what you've done. You've hurt our friend badly. He is breaking inside and all of us are over here trying to make sure he's safe from himself while you are off using Uranus to fuck Neptune," I sighed before continuing, "I don't know how you deal with it. I'm not gonna leave your side, but I'm not leaving his either. I'll give you time Weiss."

With that I close my book and walk out of our dorm. When I leave I see everyone heading towards the roof. Well, not everyone. I mean all my friends. Before I go see what's going on, Ren and Nora are walking in my direction.

"Blake? What are you doing? Y/N isn't doing well so Yang is going to bring him to his dorm. She told me to let you know so you don't have to worry," Ren said as he placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah. All you need to do right now is watch Weiss since Yang and Ruby are going to stay in Y/N's dorm," Nora followed.

"Wait. Why is Ruby going?" I ask out of confusion. Ruby only goes to sleep with Sapphire on the weekend. Today is Monday.

"She's going to help Saph watch Y/N. Make sure he doesn't do anything stupid at night," Nora said.

"That makes sense. Alright I'll do my best to watch Weiss, but right now I'm giving her some time to think about stuff," I replied before I decided to head off to the library.
