Phase Two! Neutralize and Detain Roman Torchwick

Y/N's POV

"Blake! What's the situation?" I asked realizing it was the worst question to ask right now.

"Are you fucking blind Y/N? We are fighting Roman who is in that Paladin!" she says with a deadpan face. Still ready to attack the Paladin.

"Alright smartass. What's going on around the Paladin?" I snapped back. Clearly annoyed by her outburst. "And before you say anything about how demolished it is I'm just going to go fight it myself."

"Well if you insist. I see a couple of worn down vehicles that seem to be out of commission for about a decade. Some dumpsters. Dude there isn't even a lot of stuff considering this is under the highway and behind a couple bars," Blake responded with a sigh.

"That's all I need to know thanks Blake!" I exclaim before jumping off and turning into a heron and charging straight towards Roman and the Paladin. Changing back as soon as he closed in on one of the said vehicles before unsheathing his sword.

"Y/N what are you doing?!?! You can't take him alone!!" Blake said through the scroll.

"I'm just buying time," I reply before yelling out to Roman. "HEY ORANGE REJECT!!!" I yelled out to Roman. Not the best insult I had in mind, but it will have to do.

Roman turned slowly in his Paladin. Making his attention go to me. I smirk and change into a heron and fly at him.

Blake POV

I watch as Y/N charged in recklessly. I know he said he would buy time, but this is ridiculous. The way he moves seems so reckless, but graceful in its own way. No wonder Yang talks about him all the time.

Though he does lack the smarts right now since we were all fighting it. Until I heard him yell a questionable insult at Roman. It got the job done, but again questionable.

Soon, Sapphire was the only one noticeable who came and immediately fired an electric dust round at the Paladin. Way to make us seem like idiots Saph.

"Cheers love! The cavalry's here!" I hear him yell out with a chuckle before Neptune walked up seemingly afraid of Sapphire. Wonder what that psycho did to make Neptune tuck his tail between his legs. I smirk before dropping into the fray and helping Y/N take down the Paladin.

Y/N POV

After the Paladin's circuits were locked for a few moments, I quickly ran in to break Torchwick out before I was blocked by a woman who had the color scheme of a delicious ice cream flavor. She quickly blocked my path and both of us had gotten into a small heated battle as she would aim for my feet. A pattern I quickly saw before I had jumped up and threw my sword over at her forcing her to block it with her umbrella. I smirked before I used my semblance and picked her  up by the arms and pinned her to the roof of a building close by. Transforming back as I held her down.

"So not so confident now that you are pinned down huh?" I ask her with a victorious smirk. I look down at her to hear no response from her. "Silent treatment? Well never bothered me anyhow. Now to get you to the station," I continued before swatting her umbrella away only for everything in front of me to shatter. The woman wasn't there anymore and neither was the umbrella. I quickly realized what happened and ducked underneath a swing for the back of my head. Following that movement with a sweep kick to trip her. In the air, I grab her umbrella and unlock the port for the blade and aim it at her neck. "Pretty sly. You can't pull the same thing twice. I was never that stupid in the first place. Now be a good ice cream lady and stay down." I see her pout and smirk. That's one down, now Roman needed to be taken down. I couldn't go down while she wasn't being watched. I stayed up here for a bit before getting bored. "So you remind me of an ice cream flavor. Neopolitan," I say before she glared at me.

Yang POV

Y/N went off to fight that one ice cream colored girl. For some reason, I feel like she could give us trouble in the future. Hopefully, Y/N was able to handle her and keep her down. Like Sapphire, he also played this strategy game that they say is pretty difficult. Sapphire even apparently went on to say that Y/N may be a character from said game. But besides the point, I'm sure Y/N would use it strategically. Either to show off or he really needed to use it. Otherwise, I'd most likely get worried that they captured and tortured him. But I know he can handle it.

Then, after a few minutes of us fighting Roman we finally pinned him down and were able to detain him. We all felt triumphant until we had to tie them up and turn them in. We had nothing to actually restrain them so we call the police and notified them that Roman and one of his henchmen were down.

All in all, today was a very good day for our Teams. We all were able to bond and we were even able to capture a widely-known criminal all on our own. So HELL YEAH!!!

A/N: Hey guys long time no see! I'm sorry for the very long delay in story chapters in all my books. I hope this one can at least make up for some of the missed time that as occurred throughout the year. Setting up a schedule in writing and updating and all that is easy, but actually putting it into effect is the hard part.
