CHAPTER 23

It was just a 10 minute drive back.

we got out of the car and I ran up to my room, it was really late, I just laid back and instantly fell asleep.

I woke up and it was 11:54.

I have to get ready to go to lunch with Connor.

I decided I didn't want to wear a hood, so I dyed my hair brown again, and put in my green contacts.

I put on foundation, eyeliner, and mascara.

I wore white jean shorts, mint colored authentic vans, and my mint colored muscle tank. I then added a white Neff beanie.

I heard a knock on my door and it was Connor.

I smiled and said, "hey."

"hey, do you have detergent?" He asked.

Oh my gosh, did he forget about lunch?

"Umm"

"Just kidding, you ready?" He asked.

"Yea, but detergent, really?" I asked.

he chuckled, "haha yea." He said.

I laughed, "ha, so where are you taking me?" I asked.

"Honestly, I have no idea." He said.

"ha, okay well, what about Chipotle?" I asked.

"Sounds good Kay." He said while nudging me.

"Haha, very funny, I just didn't want to wear a hoodie today." I said.

"Okay." He said

We made it to his car and he opened the passenger side door for me.

"Why, thankyou!" I said.

he went into his side and we started driving. This reminds me of Panera with Nash, that was a good day.

I wish Carter could of killed that guy, my life would be good right now.

We made it to Chipotle and went in.

We sat down and looked at the menu.

I looked up to see all of MAGCON sitting across the room, even my dad and Bart.

"Connor look!" I said pointing at them.

"Oh, no." He said.

"They know who Kay is." I told him.

He nodded and said, "don't worry about it."

"I'm most worried about Cam." I said.

I took out my phone and texted Hayes,

K- I see you.

I saw him check his phone and looked around, then he saw me.

H- hey, oh my gosh I want to c u!

K- ik come over, but don't let Cam see you.

H- okay.

I saw him get up and walk over to us.

"Hey," he said.

"Hi." I said.

"Are y'all on a date?" Asked Hayes.

"no." We both said at two same time.

"Okay, nice to see you again!" He said hugging me.

"Awe nice to see you too!" I said back.

"Bye!" He said and left.

We ordered our food and talked.

"Don't look but Cam's staring at us." I said.

"Its because he likes you, and he probably thinks that your on a date with me." He said.

"True." I said.

I think I like Connor more as a friend than someone I like, but I know I like Cam, a lot, and I've missed him.

Our food came an I was glad because I was happy.

I ordered soup, and Connor ordered Chicken.

We ate really fast, and the guys were now leaving.

Cam looked at me one last time and looked extremely sad.

They all looked at me, probably because I looked familiar.

"Let's go." Said Connor.

"Thanks for everything." I said while hugging him.

"Your welcome." He said.

We made our way out and went back into the car. It was a 15 minute drive back but when I got back I ran up to my room, grabbed my Penny board and ran back out. I got on my penny board and skated to the MAGCON hotel.

I went up to Cams room, and I knocked.

*KNOCK KNOCK*

"Cam I love you, and that was not a date, he was just taking me to lunch." I said.

I hugged him and we met eyes again, we both leaned in.

"ehum." Someone said.

I looked up to notice it was Nash, I looked at Cam and we laughed, because that kiss is never going to happen soon.

"I need to get through." He said.

Then, he saw my penny board and paused.

"The hooded figure has that same penny board." He said.

"Yea, a lot of people have this color." I said.

"No, your the hooded figure!" He shouted.

A door opened and all the guys came out.

"kaaaaay." Said Hayes almost saying Kate.

"What's going on here?" Asked Jack G.

"she's the hooded figure!" Said Nash.

"No, I'm really not." I said.

"Your right the hooded figures hair is  blonde." Said Nash while going back in his room.

Then he brought out a cup of water.

"maybe its not permanent." He said.
