CHAPTER 28

Nash was really fast, but I believe I'm faster. We ran outside by the pool, I then picked up some water in my hands and flung it at him, he got a little wet, and he was angry. Then I ran and he was after me.

"Kate!" I'm going to get you!" He said.

How did he know my name?

I stopped in my tracks and then he tackled me. He was on top of me and we were looking into each others eyes he leaned in, but I turned my head. He stopped.

"your really going to kiss me, and you don't even know who I am." I said.

Nash got off of me and helped me up.

"You called me Kate, why?" I asked.

"I did?" "Well maybe because your names are similar and you remind me of her." He said, "I miss her more than anything, I would do anything to have her come back to life, or even kill the man that tried to kill her. Sometimes I even tell myself that she's not dead because it doesn't feel like it. I mean, what if she's not dead, what if she faked it? The boys aren't sad anymore about her, what if they know something?" He asked.

"I don't know." I said.

"I liked her, I really did, and it broke my heart to know that she liked Cam."

"Do you even miss her?" He asked me.

"No." I said.

"What?" He said.

"Because I believe she's alive too." I said.

"Really?" He asked.

"Absolutely." I said.

"Who am I kidding, the nurse told us she was dead, and why would a nurse lie!" He said.

Now he was crying, and his head was in his hands while he was sitting down.

"Nash, be strong." I said, "your one of the strongest people I know."

"Yea?" He said.

"yea." I said back.

"I've been so mean to you, I'm sorry." He said.

"its okay," i said while hugging him, then I kissed him on the forehead. I reached my hand out and he grabbed it, I pulled him up.

"I don't know how Cam could love Kate, and then go for another girl 3 months later." He said.

"I know." I said.

we now were making our way back to our rooms.
