CHAPTER 44

*Kate's POV*

Finally the cab pulled up to my house. I got out and payed the man.

"Thanks," I said.

I ran inside and rang the doorbell.

"Kate!" My mom said surprised like she was about to cry.

"Mom!" I said hugging her.

"Hi," said a pretty girl coming up to me.

"Hi, I'm Kate," I said.

"So I've heard, but I'm sierra." She said,  I'm going to be working with your mom." She said.

"Cool." I said.

"You probably know my brother, Cameron." She said.

I paused then said, "Cameron, as in Cameron Dallas?" I asked.

"Yea, you a fan?" She asked.

"I just saw him, I'm on tour with them." I said.

"Really, MAGCON?" She asked.

"Yea," I said.

"Oh cool, are y'all like a thing?" She asked.

"Uhh," I said.

"Cause I could totally see y'all together." She said.

"we used to be, but now we're just friends," I said.

"Oh, do you still like him?" She asked.

"Ever since I met him." I said.

"How long ago was that?" She asked.

"4 months ago, at the airport, in the bathroom." I said.

"Uh," she said.

"It was during the shooting," I said.

"Your that Kate girl?" She asked.

"Yea," I said confused.

"When Cam took a break from MAGCON you were all he flippin talked about!" She said.

"really?" I asked.

"Really." She said.

I felt happy, he really liked me, but that was then, and this is now. He doesn't like me anymore, he has a new girl.

My phone started ringing.

"Hello?" I said.

"Hey honey," said my dad.

"oh, hey dad!" I said.

"Yea, we're leaving for Dallas the day after tomorrow so make sure to meet us at the airport." He said.

"Okay," I said while hanging up.

GREAT.

I walked up the stairs, Sierra and my mom were talking business. I went up to my room and looked around it, I hadn't been In here since a while ago.

I laid I'm my bed and stared at the ceiling, I used to do this all the time when I would be thinking. I closed my eyes, and soon fell asleep.
