I lay in my bed while scrolling through my phone when my bedroom door bursts open "Hey bitch" I look up to find Maddie walking in with starbucks in one hand and Tacobell in the other "Oh yas queen!" I shout holding my hands out for a hug. Maddie sits down on the bed as we begin to eat "So I heard you and Jake are a thing" she says as I think if we really are a thing or not "Not gonna lie Maddie,I don't know myself. Like I really like Jake and I feel we could be more than friends but Im scared that it could ruin our friendship" She sits looking at me "Erika, If Taylor would be sitting infront of you she would tell you to jsut date him but, If you feel that it will break you're friendship Im telling you to not bother because you guys have a friendship that some people could just dream of" she finishes as I sit muching on my nachos and sipping on my starbucks. "Are you talking tom someone?" I ask as I see Maddie gulp "Erm..kinda" she says as I get mopre interested "Who is it?" I sit up "I know you might get mad but its you're Ex" I sit stunned to the words that came out her mouth.. Its not that Im pissed that she is talking to my Ex, Its that he is not the guy that a good girl like Maddie should be talking to, they are two different people.. Maddie is good and has good grades but then there he is my 'Ex' the most player like guy I have ever met and dated and never would I want to talk to him again. "Maddie he isn't for you." She gives me a dirty look "Why? becuase you want him back?" she throws the words at me "NO, Its just that he is a player and he is not someone that you might think he is" I drop all the food out my hands "Erika he might of changed from when you two were dating" she says shruging her shoulders "What if he hasn't?" I state "Then I won't talk to him" I smile as Maddie smiles back at me and we continue to eat. I look at my phone to check the time, I look back up from my phone and at Maddie. "Hey erm Maddie I gotta go" She looks up at me "Where to?" She says with a 'where the fuck do you think you are going' face "me and Jake are hanging out tonight" as soon as I finshed talking she stood up and smiled "Erika just remember.. If it would ruin you're friendship don't bother" as she then leaves the door down stairs. I go to my bathroom and sort myself out, I look in the mirror and kida get scared in the way I looked and let me tell ya I looked like I just woke up from 20hrs of sleep. I quickly fix myself and head to my window.
