Its coming up to 8pm and Im waiting till my parents and siblings all go to the living room so I could leave without them knowing. I put my shoes on and start heading down stairs to the front door. I quietly open the door and close it as I speed walk away from my front porch to find Jake standing at his drive way. "Hey" I say coming up for a hug as he hugs me back "What did you wanna talk about?" He asks looking me in the eye. "Lets sit down" I say as Jake leads me to sit down on the stairs of his porch. "Jake I know that we went through some things with the running away thing and the Police incident and-" he cuts me of "It turned out that my father lied to me and that the mansion is not his". A moment of silence is left between us but I then speak up "Roof Buddies?" I say with a smirk on my face "Roof Buddies" he says back and we fist bump each other and both slightly laugh. I lean my head on his shoulder and look ahead of me.
