I feel whole again.

The black hole in the back of my mind is gone.

But one question lies in the middle of my head.

Why can't I wake up?

A question I've been asking myself for less then two hours.

Artemis is having fun, asking questions about Raine and Kade.

I tell her, of course, and was very excited to spill the beans.

'You haven't mated yet.'

I can see her sad wolfie face.

'Yep. Wanted to wait for you.'

Artemis smiles.

I roll my eyes.

I try to open my eyes.

It ain't working.

I ask Artemis to help.

She shakes her white head.

'Hmmm, guess you will never see Raine and Kade.'

Kade is staring at me.

Artemis was howling.

She forced me into touching his hand.

The sparks were more intense.

The need for each other grew stronger.

Raine entered the conversation.

And Artemis took over.

They both were barking and flirting at each other.

Artemis even purrs at one point.

That was when I noticed a new friend join the party.

I look surprised and by Kade's expression he notices what I was surprised about.

Artemis is practically rolling on the floor with happiness.

It takes all my strength not to jump him.
