The waiting game

It's the day, they should of come.

We all are waiting in the forest, waiting.

I pace along our front line.

"Where are they!!" I roar, everyone flinching in response.

Kade walks up to me, brushing against my white fur, hoping to calm me.

"How could I be so foolish!" Kade flinches and rushes away.

I'm still pacing.

Everyone has left, leaving me alone, in the forest.

Night falls, I've been pacing all day since five in the morning.

No one comes and gets me.

They know I'm pissed and don't want to get in my way.

Nothing stirs.

I'm sick of this.

The pack knew we would react like this.

They won't come, they will wear us down.

I sit staring at the moon.

I feel her presence.

He touches my shoulder, her shining eyes, with her moon white pupil staring at the moon.

I howl at the moon, wanting some relief over this anger.

I hear several howls, not my pack.

They are all asleep.

The howls seem, silent, so distant, like the dead.

My eyes widen.

The dead howled.

What the fuck.....

She looks calm, too calm for my liking.

They respond to you.

They know you are the destroyer of evil.

In desperate times, let them help you.

In times of darkness, let them show you to the light.

That actually makes sense.

The next morning

I wait, till the sun rises.

I howled all night long.

I stumble back to the house.

Pushing people past, as I storm up the stairs.

I push open the door.

"Get outta my room!!" Everyone freezes.

I throw the male over my shoulder and chuck him out the window.

Thud. I chuckle.

Thud. "What the fuck?"

I'm out the window, lying in my back.

I look at my window.

How did he get there so fast.

"Outta my room, dick." I throw him out the window again.

I quickly lock my window and door.

Suck, shit, bitch.

He ain't coming in.

"Surprise.!"

"Kade, outta my room." He knows I'm in a bad mood.

"No, I want you, babe." He pouts, sticking his bottom lip out.

"Cheating. B-arch." I smile, as he frowns.
