Val's Pov:
It has been 3 days since Laurie was abducted by Alan.
The past three days have been absolute hell.
Mak's and Peta and my parents have been staying with me because apparently they think that if I'm alone I will do something dumb.
I walked out of my bedroom and walked into my kitchen and made breakfast for the five of us only because it took my mind off of Laurie being missing.
While I was making breakfast my parents woke up.
" Good morning, Mama" I tell my mother
" Good morning, Valentin" my mother tells me
" Good morning, Papa " I tell my father
" Good morning , Son " my father tells me
" Would you like some coffee?" I ask my parents
" That would be great " My parents say at the same time
I pour them cups of coffee and get out my organic milk and sugar and place it in front of them.
" How are doing this morning?" My mother asks me
" Do you want my honest answer?" I ask her warily eyeing her
" Yes " she tells me
" I am a mess. These past 3 days have been absolute hell. Every morning I wake up hoping that she is safe and sound next to me in bed asleep and that all of this was just some sick joke but then I wake up and remember that it's real " I tell my parents
" Why have been running around here like a chicken with your head cut off?" My father asks
" I have been keeping busy to keep my mind off of Laurie and the horrible what if's " I tell my parents
" She will be okay, Son. The police will find her and everything will be okay " My father tells me
" I really hope so, Papa. I really hope so " I tell my father
" Do you need any help?" My mother asks me
" I am already done, Mama. Can you go wake up Mak's and Peta for breakfast?" I ask Mama
I watch as mama trudges up the stairs to go wake up Mak's and Peta. After a few minutes I Mama coming downstairs with Mak's and Peta behind her.
They sit at my table and I set breakfast in front of them and go around the table pouring everyone a cup of coffee and a cup of orange juice.
We ate breakfast and After we were done I did some laundry while my parents and Mak's and Peta started to watch the morning news.
" Damn it!!!!" I scream out
" Valentin Aleksandrovich Chmerkovskiy!!!!!! Watch your language!!!!!!" I hear my mother yell at me while she and my father, Mak's and Peta come to where I am
" Sorry, Mama. I just remembered that I forgot that I have to go run a few errands and it would impolite for me to leave you 4 " I explain to my mother
" Valentin, We will be just fine. Go run your errands. We will still be here when you get back " Mama tells me
" Thank you, Mama. I will be gone no more than 2 hours. You know where everything is and don't let Mak's touch the stove." I tell Mama
" Hey, That was only one time!!!" Mak's yells
" You almost burnt down your apartment. I had to put out the fire.... So there is no way in hell that I trust you alone in my kitchen" I tell Mak's grabbing my car keys
