Chapter 7

I start walking through the airport when I hear my name being called over and over "Ariana!" I look around for the body that the voice belongs to when I almost get knocked over by someone running into me I turn my head and see my best friend clinging onto me "ALEXA" I screech, I drop my bags and throw my arms around her

"I missed you" she says

"I missed you too, it's been forever"

"It's only been a week since I visited you in LA" Alexa laughs and helps pick up my bags

"Well it feels like forever. And I thought Frankie was picking me up" I help her pick up the bags

"Yeah, but I told him I wanted to"

We walk outside to the car and Alexa helps me put everything in the trunk.

I open the passenger door and close it behind me. And take a breath before putting my seatbelt on. Alexa gets in the car and turns on the radio, Problem plays which makes us both smile. the next thing I know we're both jaming out to my song like mental people. but then I look in the mirror and see something in the back seat.

I turn the radio down and Alexa looks at me "isn't that Jai's hat back there?"

We're at a red light so she turns her head to look "um, yeah, he must've left it there when I drove him to the house from the airport yesterday" she looks back at the road and starts driving as the light turns green again

"Oh" I shrug and turn the radio back up again

I open my door step out of the car, I look at the house, I had forgotten how big and gorgeous it is. Then the door flies open a head with a mixture of bleach blonde and pink hair rushes out and almost tackles me. "Your home" my brother says while squeezing me to death

"Yeah" I choke out breathlessly

"And you have red hair again!" Frankie exclaims

"Yeah" I push a strand behind my ear

Frankie looks a over the rest of me and I can see a bit of concern in his eyes "and gorgeous as always"

"God your such a liar" I laugh

"No, I'm a actor, there's difference" Frankie corrects me with a smile then runs over to the trunk where Alexa is grabbing my things

"Mom and Nonna took grandpa to the doctors so they're not here" Frankie tells me.

I nod sadly, I was hoping to see them when I got here "but someone else is" Frankie winks

I remember about Jai and start to run inside to where I'm sure he is, but get attacked by Coco, Ophelia and Toulouse.

"Hey guys" I sit down on the floor with them and cuddle them until they finally calm down enough to actually let me get up again.

I walk into the kitchen to see that I was right, the fridge was wide open and someone was going through it, he picks up a bowl of Nonnas special pasta and starts eating it. "I believe that was made for me" I joke and cross my arms

He jumps in the air when he hears me and turns around so fast I'm sure he almost got whiplash "Oh hey" he smiles

I was hoping for more of a reaction "hey" I smile back

He sets down the pasta and comes over to hug me "I missed you" he says

"Really because it seems like you love that pasta more then me" I laugh

I hear footsteps coming in behind us "Ari your bags are waiting for you in yo-" she stops and looks at us "oh your with Jai" she gives us a awkward look which quickly goes away

"I'll just go watch some TV" she says then takes off to the living room

"That was weird" I look at Jai who nods slightly

"Yeah"

"Well I'm gonna got take a nap, I'm really tired"

"Okay, sweet dreams" Jai says nodding again and then takes off In the same direction as her

I shrug to myself and head upstairs to my bedroom where I fall asleep for nine hours
