The door opens to the hotel and I walk into the large room. Sighing I grab my sketchbook and sink into the comfy couch. Taking out a pencil I I touch the page with it. Rivers of charcoal fill the page outlining a silhouette. Now I draw spirals upon spirals, lines upon lines until I am done what is set out to do. A silhouette of someone, me, is filled with a blizzard of scribbles snowflakes, ice, emotion, a projection of what I was feeling on paper. Closing the book I place it on the coffee table. It was about 2:00 pm and I quite tired after the flight. Ella as well looks tired and looks to me as I stand up.

"Do you want some coffee?" I question.

"Please." She smiles flipping the page of the book she is reading. Moving over to the massive kitchen I use the coffee machine and put some sugar in Ella's as well as milk leaving mine with nothing but sugar. Moving over I sit beside her and pass her the cup of coffee.

She leans her head on my shoulder.

"How can you drink it without anything." She questions.

"Talent." I roll my eyes.

"Look at us." She puts her coffee on the glass table. "Why are we inside during a beautiful day in Paris?"

"Mom is that you?" I laugh. "No, I agree."

"We don't have another meeting until tomorrow morning why don't we go out and explore?"

"I'm too tired." Mumbles Aira from somewhere under a heap of covers on the couch across from us.

"Have a nap, at 5:00 we are all going out and finding some food," Ella announces.

Putting my coffee in the fridge, not needing the caffeine for a nap I enter the guy's bedroom and move over to the couch. Unlocking some sort of hinge the bed accordions out and I take out a blanket from the closet and spread it on it. Taking a pillow from beside where Denen snores loud enough to hear back in New Zealand I climb into the temporary bed. It was 9:30 am in New Zealand, 5:30 am at the Academy, at home, a place I longed to see...

I woke an hour later, the sound of snoring absent and light streaming through the windows

I woke an hour later, the sound of snoring absent and light streaming through the windows. Still, in my rather uncomfortable suit, I hand it up in the closet and quickly neaten up my hair in the luxurious bathroom. Leaving the room I enter into the living room receiving a smile from Ella who sits in a chair with a book and noticing Brennen and Denen shoving each other as they play some sort of video game. Aira sits at the island with her earphones in Haley lying on the floor...

"Why are you lying on the floor?" I question.

"Why can't I lie on the floor?" She responds.

"Um..."

"I'm listening to the people in the room beneath us argue... or..."

"I don't want to know where that thought goes." I cut her off.

I take out my coffee from earlier and drain it in a quick gulp, Ella shaking her head at me. "I can't believe I am saying this," Ella says standing. "But why are we inside? We are in Paris, it is fairly nice out and we are sitting on our assess."
