۵Eudora's POV

"Funny how you wouldn't even talk to your own boyfriend," Spring spoke, looking at the phone before thrusting it to the ground. "Funny, funny," he mumbled.

I continued to stare at the floor, completely ignoring when I felt the ropes being untied before the handcuffs were fixed and I was pulled up. "We can take them now," I ignored who they spoke to but listened to Paris's outbursts as they pulled us along.

"Let me go!" I jumped as Paris screamed as we were pushed into, yet another, vehicle. The doors locked and I sat back, staring at Paris as she tried to get out of the handcuffs.

I sighed, looking at the floor. Paris looked at me, a tilted head as she watched me. I arched my brow, looking over at her. She shook her head, sitting up straight as Spring and Fall got into the front.

"Why didn't you talk to Zane?" She asked, her voice low so neither of them could hear us. I looked at her out of the corner of my eye before looking back at the floor.

"I told him a long time ago that if I didn't speak to him, I was in trouble," I spoke, keeping my voice low as hers was. "I also wasn't having a conversation with my boyfriend just for them to cut it off."

Paris nodded, looking away and out the window. I frowned, shaking my head as I laid it on her shoulder. She smiled, leaning her head on mine.

۵Zane's POV

I watched as Ashton tried to recall Paris for the tenth time. "It's not going to work," I said, just like the last five times. He shook his head, walking past me.

"I know, I just, ugh!" I rolled my eyes as I grabbed my keys, starting to walk out the door, finally. "Wait!" I heard Ashton's footsteps behind me.

I walked down the stairway, no having time to deal with the elevator, Ashton stayed near me as I walked to the car and unlocked it, getting in. "How are you so calm?" He asked as I cranked the car up and pulled out of the parking lot.

"I'm not," I said, drumming my fingers on the steering wheel as I drove, "I just got told to expect something like this."

"By who?" Ashton asked, his eyes wide. I looked at him, as I came to a red light. "Really, who told you?"

"Eudora has always told me it," I said, driving once the light was green again. Ashton looked at me, his expression one of surprise.

"She really told you to expect her getting kidnapped by her parents?" He asked, breathing in when he finished. I shrugged.

"Not exactly, just told me how I'd know she's in trouble," I answered and Ash looked at me like I was dumb.

"Like what?" He asked
