The final year at School

Chapter 5: Helping out the school

Mel gave me the biggest hug and as I smiled she then went off to class and I did the same and as the rain came down I was wearing my jacket and shorts which made half wet.

When Matt and Lizer heard what had happened they found me at recess and my friends were near their lockers and as they saw me they smiled. Mel didn’t talk to me and that got me thinking I crossed a line again.

Matt walked over to me “Hey I heard what you did earlier today”.

“Yea Mel helped; she said the title of that song I’ve been listening to” I replied.

“Well that maybe our song at the assembly soon” Matt said looking at Tom and the band who were tuning up again and getting into the rhythm of things.

Denyar meanwhile was being her normal crazy-self running under each tree and getting herself all wet for no good reason. But that was her and Mel joined in.

Sike now she was happy again and was very much being herself. Then I heard the beat of the A team again and as each corner had a guard on it they looked out for any different people walking differently to the normal person. Which was hard with Humbots copying everything you say and do and for me it was harder still as they always copy my friends.

As the day went on Mel was happy to give me a hug and I was happy with it. Then the band wanted to play a slow and good song. But as they knew me well I walked up to them and as they got their gear ready I heard the tune.

“Get Down dipper and down” I sang when the song got good.

As they played the status quo song Heard I shut my eyes and as I mimed the playing. Then as I mimed I heard. Bang! This time it was near J block and that was the second mistake they were after me.

“So they are after me to get me at my deepest point to do an ANAKIN to me” I thought to myself.

Mel walked over and took my hand and said “You’re a friend and you shouldn’t be alone” as I looked at her face a then heard Robotic stamping.

Marching from J block was Skelbots and Humbots. Clang! Went the metal boots on the ground I watched as they had lasers in their hands holding them ready to fire I could only hear a song in my head.

“Wake me up” I said to myself.

I pressed a button on IPod and as the song played by Aviccii played I started to send out Lightning and water out like a crazy mad man and as I did however Mel, Denyar and Sike joined in.

Mel scratched and punched the Skellbots and Humbot of them all. Sike did the same and as they were around me we teamed up. I got Mel’s hand and swung her around and around kicking all of the army and then Denyar was also using her armour and using only her smarts she kicked, Punched and smacked them.

As the bell went for next lesson I found that it wasn’t over yet a smell of petrol hang in the air near they are my locker and as I walked in tick. Whoof! Went the petrol after a spark lit a note written on the wall read.

“Ok” I said to myself.

As I walked off to my lesson.

After a while before Sports day I was getting close to Mel and the others sometimes we trained at times when something was coming. Every so often Mel and I looked at each other with a smile that was different to what I normally would get with a girl. A cross between I like you or you’re a nice guy but I hate you.

While the band were getting there songs in order I was getting my mind around if I like Mel or not. Matt notice the puzzled looked I had every day at recess and lunch. He realised why and one day got me to talk to him luckily in Daveten in the Manor and we were in the dome in the backyard.

“So you like Mel” Matt bluntly asked.

“Well yes and no” I answered in a confused.

I then noticed why we were in the dome inside Matt and Tom built a massive hologram protection unit that can show massive models of areas that they were able to control an Army from here.

“Wow this is Urrbrae” I said looking at the very detailed outline of Urrbrae.

“Yea we’re planning to use our knowledge of your school and our good entrances to come to your Sports day in style” Tom explained.

“I was going to say that” Matt snapped.

“Look Matt there’s a pill called chilled take one” I joked. “Well your joke is really a bad one as it is a pill I have for myself after a cold day” Tom said.

“You’re joking” I answered. Tom smiled and as I found myself looking at the animated ground to their entry to the oval. I won’t tell you the plans as it will spoil the next chapter.

Now this was going ahead with the teachers knowing about the team’s skilful entrance. The team also was going to get the whole team back together and well there is a lot. So one part was the Super Team they are well away from the team at the moment due to other work in the great city but on Sports say this year they were going to rock up for a change.

Kick-man is one that normally comes and Spiderninja but Fly-guy and Muscle-man don’t usually do so they were coming bring with them. The Eagle-man Victor and Torrita which is Eagles mutated with humans.

So as I found out they were coming I found out from people at school that the team were going to use a couple of songs to bring them together again.
