Niall's POV

So many things have changed for the past six months. Our band has finished tour and now working on for another album release.

As for Nona and I, well...

"Niall, she's ready." Laura's voice got me out of my trance.

In the hallway is a beautiful girl in white, walking down gracefully holding a boquet of white lilies. Shit. My mouth hangs open and I think, I'm drooling.

"Niall, close your mouth." she chuckled and that's best sound I ever heard.

"You.. I.. God." I kept stuttering. "Am I in heaven?"

"Stop kidding around."

"I swear, there's an angel in front of me."

"Would you stop?" she giggled.

"God. You're a perfectly beautiful bride."

"I'm not the one getting married. Its Zerrie and we'll be late if we don't go now."

I mentally slap myself. Nona is such a beautiful distraction that makes me forget about reality.

"Oh yeah." I muttered as I follow her out of their flat. "I wish we're the ones that would be walking down there."

"Walking down to where?" she span around to look at me.

"Nothing."

"Tell me."

"On the aisle to the altar."

"Pardon?"

"You heard me."

We just stare at each other, trying to figure out what's running into each others head. But Nona is the first one to break the not-so-awkward silence.

"Are telling me that you want us to get married?"

And boom! The bomb has been dropped. Not that I'm scared of that bomb. I just don't know how I deal with this.

My heart is banging like a bass drum in my chest. My palms are sweating cold. Why am I so nervous?

I twirl the round metal around my fingers which is inside my pocket. This is now or never.

"Nona," I knelt down in front of her.

"Niall, you might ruin your dress pants!"

"You really care about my pants now, huh?" I laughed at her reaction.

"You don't need to get the dirt on that." she pouted. "We're going to a wedding. So why are you kneeling down there?"

"Just listen to me." I grabbed her hand, carressing the back in the process.

"Nialler." she whined and she looks more nervous than me.

"Nona," I started. "I just want to make things clearer for us. We both know that without each other, we're both incomplete. And I can't imagine a life in the future without you.

"I want to tell you tons of things but I have to make this week because just like what you said, we have a wedding to attend.

"Nona, will you promise to wait for the both us until we can say that we're ready to be tied up together for the rest of our life?"

Tears of joy get into her eyes, "I thought you're proposing a marriage."

"Yeah I should be holding an engagement ring instead of this promise ring," and I showed her the round metal. "But I think we're young to have a family and I want you to achieve your dreams first before we get into a married life."

"Now you're ruining my make up."

"I don't care if they smudge. You're still beautiful."

"Why do you have to do this?"

"When would I? I think its the right time." I told her. "So do you promise?"

"Even if you propose marriage, I would say yes. But I don't want to be a kill joy so yes, I promise to wait for us in the right time."

And we're like two freaks grinning at each other. I put on the heart-shaped diamond ring on her finger and give a passionate and kinda needy kiss. I'm so happy right now and I know she is too.

"I love you." she said into the kiss.

"I love you more." I replied.

"I love you most."

"I love you to the hundreth power."

"Oh c'mon. You won't let yourself loose?" she giggled again.

"Never."

"Whatever. Lets go to the Zerrie wedding before I change my mind."

"What?"

"Nothing."

Now I know that in the future, she'll be my wife. Hhmmm. How many kids should we have? Two? A boy and a girl? Or we can have a football team.

Nah. I have to get my speech for Zerrie ready. I'll think about a family with Nona later. :)
