"Mom, when can I go home?" Luna asked Melissa, who was reading beside her hospital bed. She has been here for 3 days now, and she wasn't even badly injured.

Melissa looked up from the magazine and sighed. "I don't know if you're ready to go, yet."

"Mom, I'm fine.." Luna retorted. She probably didn't want her to go see Peter. "You can't keep me from seeing him, you know."

Melissa sighed, nodding, and stood up. "Okay, I'll ask."

Luna watches as she walks out of the room, and then she grabs her phone. She texts Peter.

'Hey, is it okay if I come over later, I hope I'm getting released today'

Peter almost immediately replies and Luna smiles as she reads it.

'You can come over anytime, baby'

She's about to text something back, but the door opens and Melissa enters. Luna looks at her with raised eyebrows and questioning eyes.

"You can go home." She smiles, "I'll call Scott if he'll come pick you up, my shift starts in 10 minutes."

Luna wants to nod but suddenly changes her mind. "That won't be necessary, I'll call Peter."

Melissa sighs and nods. "Okay, well, I'll see you tomorrow, then.." She's not okay with it, but if he makes her happy...

Luna smiles and Melissa leaves. Luna takes out her phone again and calls Peter.

"Hello, sweetheart." Peter's beautiful voice sounds.

"Hey, I-eh... I got released just now and I was wondering if you could pick me up, I'd like to spend the day with you."

"Yeah, yes, I'm on my way." Peter hesitated, but agreed.

"Or.. Do you have something to do today? It's okay, I can just ask Scott to pick me up." Luna rambled.

"No, no, no. I'd always make time for you. As I said, I'm on my way. I'll be there in 5, sweetheart." He said.

"Okay, bye." Luna said, smiling. Peter always called her sweetheart or baby, and when he'd say it, it would sound very sexy.

Luna changed her clothes and gathered her stuff, which was pretty hard since her leg was broken and she had to walk with crutches (A/N: I used Google translate so idk if this is the right word, if not, comment please) and walked outside. On her way out she saw her mom and waved, before walking through the doors. She sat on the bench before the hospital and after a few minutes Peter's jeep pulled up.

Peter looked out the window, smiling down at her. He watched her get up and get into his car. She was the most beautiful creature he'd ever seen.

"Hey" She smiled, which was one of the reasons Peter fell in love with this girl. Her incredible smile seemed to always brighten his day. She threw the crutches in the back seat and looked at him.

"Hey," He returned the smile and kissed her. "I missed you, baby." His hand grazes over her leg and rests on her knee, his thumb tracing circles on her thigh.
