VI // Theo Raeken

Luna shifted on her place. She and Scott were in front of the loft, ready show herself. How would the pack react to her being not dead? She took a deep breath as Scott opened the heavy loft door and walked in before her.

Everyone was already there discussing things and their heads snapped up when the door opened. As they all stared at Luna, it got really quiet.

Luna broke the silence by saying, "Hi", and let out a small wave.

"You were dead." Malia states bluntly and frowns. "How are you not dead now?"

Luna smiles slightly at her straightforwardness and gets to the point. "Well, Theo resurrected me. Stiles was right, we can't trust him"

"I told you guys!" Stiles shouts and smiles triumphantly.

Scott sighs and nods. He takes a step forward. "Yes, you were right Stiles. I'm sorry I didn't believe you, but now we've got a bigger problem. They're going to be at the school tonight.."

"Theo wants to know if I'll join his pack." Luna finishes Scott's sentence and sighs.

"Well, are you?" Lydia asks.

"No of course not." Luna smiles. "I'm already in one." She says looking at Scott.

Scott smiles at her.

"It's good to have you back, Luna" Stiles says, walking towards Luna and pulling her into a hug.

Luna walked into the school. Scott and the rest of the pack would wait outside. Theo told her to come alone, so she did.

She heard a noise and turned her head to look behind her. Nothing. When she looked back, Theo and his pack were in front of her.

"Theo." Luna greets with an expressionless face.

"Luna.." He smirks and cocks his head. He hears Scott an the rest of the pack outside and says, "I guess you made your decision."

Luna nods. "You could've seen it coming, Theo. You could've known I'd choose my brother's pack before yours in a heart beat."

Theo nods and looks down. "You're right. But if you're not going to join the pack, I have no use for you." He smirks, he looks at his pack and nods.

Tracy shifts and comes running at her with her claws out. She raises her hand and tries to claw Luna, who successfully dodges it.

Josh and Corey come at her too. As Luna fights against the three of them, she knows she's losing. It's three against one and she doesn't stand a chance. She gets thrown against the lockers but she gets up again.

Then she feels a sharp stinging pain in her thigh. She looks down and realizes Tracy cut her with her tail. Luna already feels the kanima venom spreading and gasps out of pain. She falls on the ground, paralyzed.

Suddenly, someone shouts her name and Luna recognizes that voice immediately. Peter Hale.

He jumps over her body and lands before her. He's shifted. His eyes are glowing that icy blue and his fangs and claws are out. He roars at Theo's pack. He starts to fight against Tracy, Josh and Corey, and beats them easily.

What he didn't know was that Theo was walking towards Luna, muttering to himself, "I always have to finish the job myself"

Luna wanted to scream but no sound came out of her mouth.

Peter turned his head, and finally saw Theo walking towards her. "Luna!" He shouted, running towards the two of them.

Theo was ready to slash Luna's throat, ready to end her. He raised his claws, but Peter stopped him before he could claw her throat out.

Peter punched Theo and threw him on the ground. Then he straddled him and clawed at his head. He kept clawing.

"Peter." Luna said, still paralyzed. "Peter, stop."

He looked up at her and she watched as he turned back to his human form. Peter looked at the remains of Theo and back at Luna. "Luna, I-" He starts to say but then Scott and the pack run in.

They all take a step back when they see Peter covered in blood, kneeling down by Theo's body.

Scott opens his mouth to say something but doesn't. He picks Luna up from the ground and carries her away.
