A/n I know there's not many readers on this book which is fine. For those of you that do take the time to read it though, I will not be quitting on this story. I will definitely finish it because of how proud I am of this book and it makes me happy to write. To those of you that have stuck around and come this far I want to thank you so much because it means a lot to have people enjoy reading a book I'm genuinely proud of. Okay back to the story! The agents walk through the door, all of them tired but Taehyung seemed to be worried. Jungkook was there, ready to greet his boyfriend happily, but he stopped in his tracks seeing the worry in Taehyung's eyes. The man didn't perk up like usual upon seeing Jungkook. Immediately, the younger thought he had done something to upset his boyfriend even though there's nothing he could have done.
"Tae, what's wrong?" Jungkook asks his voice laced with worry. "I uh... have to tell you something." Taehyung's voice was low and filled with sadness. Jungkook's stomach began to knot and his mind began to race. Had the agents boss found out about their relationship? Did Taehyung realize he didn't want to be in a relationship? Did he do something wrong? All these questions ran through Jungkook's mind, and he was terrified of the answer.
Taehyung grabbed Jungkook's left hand and laced their fingers together. Some of the fear that Jungkook had faded away, but it was still eating at him. The couple went up the stairs and to Taehyung's room which they now share and sat on the bed.
"Taehyung what's wrong?" Jungkook worriedly asks putting a hand on Taehyung's knee. Jungkook never uses his full name unless he's being serious. The light brunette stares at his lap as he opens his mouth to speak but not a single sound moves pass his lips.
"Tae talk to me baby... what is it?" Jungkook's heart was beginning to beat faster. Taehyung looks up at his boyfriend, them catching eyes immediately. Taehyung said, "I don't want to lose you." Leaving Jungkook confused.
Jungkook thinks, why would he even think something like that? He could never lose me...even if he wanted to. He has my heart. "What do you mean? You won't lose me," Jungkook assures him, still not understanding the situation.
"We have another agent coming to stay with us..." Jungkook's stomach began to knot, and his chest became tight. Taehyung continued, admitting, "I don't want to end things between us. I love what we have, and you're so important to me. I couldn't stand looking at you and not being able to ever touch you, or tell you I love you. It would absolutely torture me."
Jungkook takes a deep breath and laces their fingers together. He brings Taehyung's hand up to his lips and kisses it softly. Then he leaned against the older man and kissed his cheek. "We're strong enough to handle this. This is just a bump in the road. We'll find a way because I can't be without you either. I'm still going to be with you at night, we'll sneak around if we have to.. I love you too Tae, always." Jungkook put his head on Taehyung's shoulder.
