A/n SO I've realized reading back in some chapters there are horrible mistakes. In my eyes they aren't minor at all. So before continuing this book I am going to go edit those!

Jin sat at the kitchen table, a bowl of ice cream in front of him

Jin sat at the kitchen table, a bowl of ice cream in front of him. He let the spoon fall slowly, it curling his bottom lip. Jin doesn't do this often because he tries to stay as healthy as possible but he desperately needed something sweet. Jimin was supposed to be his ticket out of this hole. At the moment though, Jimin is hurt and that would be insensitive for him to ask Jimin to dance right now. Ice cream and soft music, perfect.

Truly the boy felt that he had developed forever alone as his motto. He is tired of things not going the way he wants it to with relationships. He just wanted someone to hold him, and hug him when he's feeling this way and tell him things are going to be alright.

These thoughts take Jin back to the time right before he was captured. Things were going pretty great, except for that one thing he was missing, a boyfriend. He was sad he didn't have anyone to share his little apartment with. Someone to wake up next to. Before he was caught though, he and his parents had just made up.

Three months before he was captured he had disappointed them by not choosing the career path they wanted him to take. They wanted him to be a surgeon, but Jin went to school to be a publisher instead. He knew it wasn't as good as a surgeon but this way, he could read and still be apart of the job. After two months of ignoring him, Jin finally got them to crack with an intense conversation. He told his parents all he ever did was want to make them proud, but he would've been unhappy taking a job where stress would be apart of his everyday life. Dealing with surgeries, and sick people just wasn't something he was interested in. Putting someone's life in your hands is an everyday struggle and he knew he couldn't handle it if a person died on his watch.

Life went back to normal after that. Jin went out with his friends, drank, went home, and to work. One night he was walking home after working late at his office. It was almost twelve at night, and Jin just couldn't wait to get his dress clothes off, have a shower and then go to bed. That's when Jin heard footsteps behind him, stopping and checking to see what it was, there was no one there. He began to walk faster his apartment just around the corner. A strong arm was crossed over his arms so he couldn't move and a cloth was placed over his nose and lips.

The next he woke up, he was in a room where the walls were pink and covered in white polka dots. The bed was also pink and there were no windows. There was two mirrors one by a door that wouldn't open from the inside, and the other stretched across a wall. He could only assume it was a mirrored window. Jin was dressed in a pink shirt and white pants with a bow at the top of his head. He began to scream around the room hoping someone would see him and help in. He hit the walls and kicked at the door.

As time went on it became clear to Jin that no one was coming for him. Jin began to lose his personality. There was so much more he wanted to do with his parents before he was taken away from them. His mood dropped and wasn't happy again until Namjoon came to rescue him. Like Jimin, it took Jin some time to get back to a happier place and regain himself.

Namjoon began making his way downstairs, for a glass of water. Jin pauses his music hearing that someone was making their way downstairs. He turned his music back on, thinking it was going to be Jimin, Jungkook, or Hoseok. When Namjoon made an appearance he felt like he had been caught doing something scandalous. Jin thought, Why isn't he asleep?

He couldn't believe Namjoon had popped up yet again while he was feeling down. This is how it's been happening. If he's anywhere in the house beside his room when his feelings are attacking him, Namjoon always seems to catch him in the blue mood.

"Are you okay?" Namjoon asks, going over to the cabinet. "Yeah, I'm fine why?" Jin lies through his teeth. "You're eating ice cream while you listen to sad music," Namjoon says pursing his lips inward. "Not sad, relaxing," Jin declares, putting another spoon full of ice cream in his mouth.
Namjoon sits down next to Jin, looking at him with tired eyes. Wondering why Namjoon didn't just go back to bed, Jin knits his eyebrows together and pulls the spoon out slowly once again his bottom lip curling. Namjoon has work in the morning which confused Jin further as to why he sat down.

Namjoon couldn't keep from staring at the spoon falling from Jin's plump lips. Jin's lips are so beautiful. Coming back down to earth, Namjoon clears his throat and slightly leans forward in his seat. Focusing on why he sat down, he said, "Seokjin... You are making me worry for you. I don't want to see you at the place you were at when I first brought you here. I want you to be happy, because you brighten up my world with your happiness. If you're hurting I would like it if you talked to me. I'm right here. I don't care if I'm sleeping. I don't care if I'm working on something. I don't even care if I'm in the shower. Just please talk to me."

Jin looks down at his ice cream and slices it with his spoon. Jin could hear the care in Namjoon's voice and that made him feel worse. Jin's thoughts told him, Namjoon shouldn't care for him, and that even though he does care it's not in the way he longed for him to. Namjoon couldn't worry about him. He had to focus on Hoseok.
"You don't have to worry about me because I'm fine Namjoon..."
Jin then whispers, "why do you care?"
"I care because I-" Namjoon stops himself, his cheeks heating up. Namjoon began to wonder if now was the right time to let Jin know about his feelings towards him. The urge to spill everything to Jin was great. It was like a lump caught in his throat he just couldn't get out. Namjoon decides he'd wait for a lighter, happier time to tell him.

Questions about Namjoon popped into Jin's head upon seeing Namjoon cheeks heat. Why was Namjoon becoming shy all of the sudden? He hasn't said anything to embarrass himself.

"Listen, there's a lot of things I can't quite explain right now. Just know that I care a lot about you... You really just don't know how much I do." Namjoon made the choice to let Jin think about his words. He got up from his seat and grabbed his cup.

"Goodnight Jin. Expect for me to check up on you a lot tomorrow," Namjoon smiles. "Okay Joon, goodnight," Jin chuckles. Namjoon travels to his room to return to his bed.

The older man vastly longed for Namjoon. All he wanted was the dimpled man's love and affection, and it made matters worse at the fact he would never be able to receive it. Jin thought about the nickname he developed for Namjoon he hadn't told anyone about. This is what Jin would call him in the cute scenarios he imagined in his head and it just stuck with him.
"Joonie..." He whispers looking at the ice cream. He scoops some more of the dairy deliciousness into his mouth and turns up his music.
