It was almost nine at night when Jin walks into the kitchen finding Hoseok rummaging through the cabinet. "Hey Hoseok!" Jin had set himself on a mission. He had to ask Hoseok about how he feels for Baekhyun, ever since finding out that morning that Baekhyun likes him. Jin acted as if Hoseok wasn't his only purpose for coming into the kitchen as he walked over to a cabinet. "Hey Jin, what's up?"
Jin walked over to the pantry and open it's doors, "Nothing much, did you see anything sweet in here to eat?" Hoseok shakes is head. "Nope, looks like we'll have to tell the guys to go get some more sweets."
Jin thought now would be a great time to bring up Baekhyun before anyone else decides to make an appearance. "Hoseok." "What did I do?" Hoseok ask in fake worry. "What?" Jin was confused. An amused smile danced upon his plump lips as he went to sit at the dinner table. "Anytime you say my name like that I've either done something wrong or you want something." Hoseok leaned on the counter, a chuckle slipping past his heart shaped lips. Jin rolled his eyes at the younger man before pointing to the seat next to him, "Just sit down idiot."
"Idiot??" Disbelief dripped from Hoseok's lips. "Hoseok!" Jin couldn't help the laughs that sounded from his chest. "I'll have you know mister, I'm very intelligent!" Jin had no choice but to give Hoseok his serious yet playful eyes. "Fine, fine," Hoseok says and sits down next to Jin, his knees pointing towards him. "What do you need?" A smirk placed it self on Jin's lips as he says, "I've noticed you and Baekhyun have gotten close." "So...?" Hoseok urges for Jin to go on. "So~ is there something going on between you two or what?"
"I would think so he seems like he's interested." Jin places both of his hands on Hoseok's knee and begins to push it lightly, asking in a whiney tone, "Then why aren't you doing anything about it?" There was no reason for Hoseok to make up a lie to this question as Jin already knows that he still has feelings for Namjoon. "I want to be able to focus on just him." "Why can't you?" Jin asks, "Baekhyun is great!" He comments leaning back in his seat. "It's still hard Jin... and don't worry I'm fine, really, but I don't want my feelings for Baekhyun to be smaller than my feelings for someone who doesn't even want me. When we get together, if we do, I want it to just be me and him." Jin knew exactly why that was and the elder man couldn't help the heavy feeling in his heart.
"Oh Okay I understand... I'm sorry." "Don't apologize! I'm happy your happy. I haven't seen you smile this much since the first few weeks I was here!" Hoseok words were true. No matter how much it might hurt him to see Namjoon and Jin together, he tries not to allow it to get to him because the person he cares about the most is happy.
"You're still my best friend right?" Jin ask with a slight smile his bottom lip poking out in a pout. "Of course! You still love me right?" Hoseok ask putting a hand on Jin's shoulder. "Of course that's never gonna change," Jin smiles.
