Chapter 21 - Monica

Monica's POV

"What's your powers?"

I stayed quite.

"Do you have powers?"

"I don't know."

"You'll get it eventually."

Jeez when am I going to get my powers! Eventually? When is eventually?!

"Monica can you hand me my iPod?" Jenny asked.

"It's too far," I whinnied.

"Unless you want to get killed with my nails, get my iPod NOW!"

I looked at Jenny's iPod and pictured myself next to it. The next thing I knew, poof I was right next to it. I picked up Jen's iPod, and tried to teleport or at least I thought it was teleportation, where Jenny was. It worked, yes! Now I don't have to walk anymore!

"Yah! Monica why is my iPod wet?!"

I looked at my hand there was droplets of water on it. The water kept growing and growing till it fit perfectly in my hands. I turned my hand upside down but the water was defying gravity. My powers are finally here! Knowing from my members, I know that these powers are linked to other ones. So right now all I know is I can teleport and sort of control water, which means I can freeze things and use telekinesis? All the members have 3 main powers, what's my other one? I guess I was deep in thought cause all of a sudden a felt a sting on my elbow. I looked at my elbow and there was blood. I held my elbow cause of the pain. When I looked at it again, I saw my own skin growing to cover up the small but bloody cut. Bang! What the heck was t- Woah the ship started leaning.

"Guys get off the ship now!" It was Tamia.

"What why?"

"No time to explain just get off!"

One problem I don't-scratch that-I can't swim!

"Monica let's go!"

"Should I jump or go down with this ship. Oh forget sinking with the ship."

I jumped and when I did I saw Kai. He was swimming towards me. I wrapped my arms and legs around Kai like a koala.

"I don't want to drown!" I screamed.

"Monica stop moving or you're going to make both of us drown!"

I shut my eyes tightly.

"Monica! Open your eyes now!"

"No I don't want to drown!" I heard Kai sigh, then he unwrapped my arms and legs and put me down. "No no!

"Oh my god! Stand up straight for gods sake!"

I opened my eyes and stood up straight.

"Oh we are on land," I put my head down.

"We really need to teach you how to swim," Kai sighed.

Kassie! My eyes widen as I saw her pale body being carried out of the water by Kris.

"Our powers don't work here, hyung!"

"Wait what I just got my powers. Why now?" I sighed. "Now I have to walk everywhere again."

"Are you okay? " Tamia asked us. I nodded only for the fact that I'm alive and my powers are gone. A small 'yes' came out of Jenny's mouth. "Barely" escaped Kassie's mouth. Tamia glared past me, I turned my head and saw that she was glaring at Kassie.

"What happened?" Jenny crossed her arms.

"Um.. Kassie broke my shell that I got from a friend years ago and he died and I got extremely pissed off at Kassie for breaking it and my powers took over and I lost all control and tried to kill her but she created an earthquake making the ship start to tilt ..."

"That was Kassie!?" My eyes widened. "Kassie created the earthquake cause you were about to kill her?"

Jenny grabbed Tamia's cheek with her really sharp nails and started pinching it extremely hard. Wow. "You idiot!" Jenny then walked away, releasing Tamia's face. I shrugged and walked behind Jenny.

I walked over to where Kassie was last, with Kris. I looked all over.

"Kris, where is Kassie?"

He pointed to a nearby cliff then walked away.

"Kassie, I'm gonna so kill you for making me walk." I mumbled to myself.

Finally I reached the top of the cliff, I saw Kassie staring into the ocean hugging her knees. I walked over to her and sat down.

"I'm sorry." Kassie said quietly, almost a whisper.

"For what?"

"Having us 'Stranded' on this island,"

"It's not you fault," I hugged her.

"I'm the one who created the earthquake so the ship tilted!"

"It's not your fault that you broke her shell! Now can you stop blaming yourself!"

She looked at me with a confused face. Oh right she didn't tell me Tamia did.

"Tamia told me everything so it's not yo-"

"If you say it's not your fault again I will push you off this cliff."

"Not unless I push you off first. Lets get back to the others."

I didn't wait for an answer from Kassie. I just grabbed her arm and pulled her up.
