Chapter 13 - Kassie

My left hand burned. Nothing seems to have burned me. Why was my hand burning? I went into the bathroom and splashed water on my hand. When I splashed water on my hand it turned into ice. I thought it was Xiumin out side my door so I ignored it, but as I touched the water it froze.

"Kassie get out of the bathroom!" Tamia shouted.
"Wait lady!"
"Fine and don't call me lady, Siyeon. Are you sitting in there texting Kris?"
"No! Jeez. Can you find Kris please?"
"Wait Kassie what's going on in there?"
"Something!"
"Kassie are you pre-"
"No!"
"Then let me in!"
"Fine."

I unlocked the door when everything unfroze. She gave me a strange look like she didn't know what was happening.

"What's going on Kassie are you playing me?"
"Look."
I turned on the water I moved the water towards me and froze it.
"What the?"
"Get anyone that can help."

Tamia left the room while I cleaned everything up and changed. I wore shorts that reached half way between my knee and my waist, and a tan tank top. After I changed I laid on my bed waiting for her to come back. I waited and waited when she finally came back with Lay, Suho, Chen and Tao.

"What's up Kassie," Lay said.
"Nothing much," I answered.
"Liar!" Tamia shouted.
"What's going on then?" Chen asked.
"Show them, Kassie."
"Wait, jeez, my hand burns."
"Kassie, can I see your left hand?" Suho asked.
"Sure," I said waving my hand in front of Suho's face.
"Yah, stop! You're going to smack me in the face!"
"That's what I'm trying to do."
"You're evil," Suho said.
"No if you want to see evil, look to your left."
"Hey don't call my girlfriend evil!" Tao stated, back hugging Tamia.
"Whatever. Ah, my hand."
"Kassie, left hand," Suho said placing his hand out.
"Here," I said giving my hand to him.
"It's a lightning bird in the snow."
"Speak english I don't know what you talking about."
"Ugh, I give up. Chen, you explain."
"Okay," Chen said as he smiled revealing his cheek bones."You remember the powers you saw the other day?"
"Yeah."
"Well since you have a lightning bird in the snow, you control lightning, flight, and frost. These powers are connected to other powers so you also control earth, fire/heat, and water."
"Okay, but how did I get these 'powers'? I was normal yesterday."
"Umm..."
"We don't know how you actually get the powers," Lay answers helping Chen finish.
"That's technically all you need to know about your tattoo and why your hand burns," Suho said.
"You still don't make sense!"
"Ugh, I'm going to by everyone gifts but you."
"Go ahead, if you can afford them."
"What? I have money, hint $uho!"
"Yeah but I have more, Ka$$ie."
"Hyung. Kris is richer cause, Kri$, ₩ufan, ¥ifan," Lay stated.
Suho pouted "You don't have to rub it in." Suho stood up and left the room, slamming the door. Scaring everyone but, Tamia and Tao.
"Well, we're going now. See ya later." Lay and Chen said in unison.
"Bye and thanks!"
"No problem!" Lay shouted as he closed the door behind him.

I sat on my bed for awhile, and noticed that Tamia and Tao got weird. I looked around for something to throw at them that would hurt, but I couldn't find anything and threw a pillow at them before they kissed.

"Hey lovebirds, break it up, I'm still in the room! And when I leave don't touch anything that is mine. Tamia is this why you brought Tao here."
"Pssh no."
"Lies."
"Not even!"
"Total lie. Heads up don't say 'Pssh' before you say something and try not to blush. Bye, use protection!"

I closed the door and started walking.I made my way to the elevator when I got knocked to the floor.
"Hey, watch where your g-" I looked up to see Kris.
"Are you okay baby?"
"No! Is your chest made out of steal of something?"
"No," he laughed. "Okay get up."

I stood up and walked past Kris into the elevator. The door was about to close when his hand went through the door causing it to open.

"Weren't you going to wait?"
"No!"
The elevator door closed.
"Really?" he said picking me up.
"Put me down!"
"No!"
"Please."
"There you go."
"Who are you, my brother?"
"No I'm your boyfriend."
"When are we going to tell them we are dating?" I asked.
"When everyone is together in a room."
"Okay."
The elevator door opened.
"Let's eat!"
"I can agree with you there Kris. Can you carry me?"
"Wait what!"
"I said can you carry me."
"Oh yes, cause at first I thought you said can you marry me."
"Why would I say th-
"Cause you really truly love me!"
"Yeah I love me too!"
"Yah! You don't love me!"
"I love you."
"Get on my back already."
"Okay, okay."
