chapter 24

Lauren PoV

"That cloud looks just like you, don’t even try to deny it!" Camila said as we were laying on a blanket in the park, her finger pointing at a cloud.

"That doesn’t even resemble me at all" I laughed as she pleaded with me.

"It does! there is the gorgeous long hair, the beautiful facial structure"

"It looks like a face, but not mine. Maybe it is the face of our future kid and we just don’t know it" I replied.

"You’re right, one of our five kids faces is up in the clouds right now as we speak" She said.

"Five kids? Who the hell said i wanted five kids" I turned my head on it’s side so that i was looking at her, she did the same.

"I want at least five kids! They are so small and adorable and sweet"

"How about two kids?" I asked.

"Five" She stated.

"Two"

"Five"

"Two" We bantered back and forth and erupted into giggles.

"Can we settle on a mild three?" I asked.

"Fine, three it is. Promise me that we will have three" She stuck out her pinky.

"Who knows if we will last that long?" I said her pinky waiting for a pinky promise.

"I know we will." She smiled and we linked pinky’s.

"Here is a promise for three kids named Camren, Laurmila and Caregui" I morphed our first and last names together to get the names.

"Perfect…Chipmunk!" Camila randomly yelled out.

"Chipmunk? Ok i”m not sure that would be a good future pet…."

"Lauren!" She laughed lightly, "i meant that there is a chipmunk on that tree" She pointed towards the furry little animal on the tree.

"Awww!"

"Not aww! I’m like deathly afraid of chipmunks, when i was little my dad told me that they jump on people and bite their necks if you get too close" She scooted closer to me on the blanket.

"Camz, you are scared of everything aren’t ya?"

"Yep pretty much, including Vero"

"Vero? Nah she’s not scary" I added.

"What if i were to tell you she is standing right over there?" Camila pointed towards a girl, sure enough it was her.

"Camz, don’t worry, we are studying remember? She has no reason to hate on us"

"Right". She smiled weakly.

"Are you hungry?" I asked.

"A bit"

"Want me to throw grapes in your mouth like Gabriela and Troy did in highs school musical?"

"Yeah!" Her face lit up with excitement and i couldn’t help but reveal a smile, knowing that she was truly happy at the moment.

We sat indian style, maybe a foot and a half away from each other  grapes in my hand.

"So people will think we are studying grapes?" She asked.

"This is chemistry, extra credit lab" I said, making it up.

I tossed a grape at her face and it hit her in the eye. I immediately laughed as she held her eye.
