A Day Off

Jugheads POV
I finally get a day off and both Betty and I are excited. Betty's been off all week because her parents have been handling the register. "Yay! You're off!" Betty Squealed. I just told her I'd be off work and she was overjoyed.

"Yep. What do you want to do?" I Asked.

"Cuddle with you." She said snuggling under the covers. I smiled and kissed her forehead.

"That's fine with me." I Said. I twiddled with her hair. "Do you want some food? We can watch movies all day?" I Asked. It reminded me of high school when we would do this on the weekend. Curling up in bed and binging shoes on Netflix.

"Yeah. I'd love some." She said. I smiled and quickly got snacks. I came back with an array of food. I cuddled back under the covers after setting up snacks on the trunk at the foot of our bed.

"This reminds me of high school." I Said.

"I know right." She replied stuffing her face with popcorn. I smiled.

"As much as I love the kids it's nice to have some alone time ya know?" I Said.

"Yeah. I love you Jug." She Said.

"I love you too you gorgeous human being." I replied. She rolled her eyes.

"You're a weirdo."

"You're the weirdo!" I Said tickling her. She screamed. "Weirdo Weirdo Weirdooo!" I Said.

"Stop stop! I give up!"

"What do you say?"

"I'm a weirdo! Jeez!" She screamed. I stopped and she sighed. She slapped me on the shoulder.

"Ow!"

"Never again!" She said sternly. I laughed. She got off the bed and rummaged through my drawers. I wonder what she's looking for. Suddenly she pulled out my shirt. She took put it on and crawled into bed. I rolled my eyes. I love When she wears my clothes. She looks adorable. But I wasn't about to let that show.

"Hey. You know I hate when you wear my clothes."

"Liar. You know you love it." She Said. I laughed and kissed her. Wow she's a handful.
