I saw the canon ball smashing right into the medical station of our broken ship. Then I felt a terrible pain. The force!, I thought. But how could that be? I wasn't force sensitive enough to feel those sort of things. Was I even force sensitive at all?

"Rey. She's in there", a voice in my head said. I had thousands of questions, but no time. I ran.

As I made my way through, I found her. She was lying on the ground in front of the meeting table. There were two giant bruises on her arms. Both of her knees were bleeding. And worst of all, she had a big laceration in the middle of her forehead. There was blood everywhere. Rey didn't move. Her eyes were closed. Suddenly, all my hatred on her for not telling me what she was about, was gone. What mattered now, was that she didn't die.

I ran up to Rey and placed my hand on her heart. What a relief as I felt her heart thumping. She seemed to just be unconscious.

Great, I thought. General Leia had turned the medical station into the meeting room. I had no idea where she put the supplies. As more and more blood gushed out of Reys forehead, I realised I didn't have enough time to search for anything. So I took of my shirt and ripped it into pieces. They would work as band-aids for now. Then I formed a pillow out of a blanket and placed Rey carefully on the table. I was about to cover her with another blanket, as Poe came in, with everything we needed. How did he know?

A short time after Rey was fully cared for and Poe and I were basically done with our lives. I mean, it's not like we do this everyday. I just hoped we did everything the way it should be done. I didn't want to harm Rey.

"Well then. Good job, pal.", Poe started the conversation.
"Thanks. What are we going to do now?"
"I suppose one of us stays here and makes sure nothing else crashes onto her, and the other goes back outside."
"Well, I don't want to get hit by a blaster with no shirt on!" I smirked.
"Alright then, I'll go."
"And you better be alive when this is over."
"I'll try." He laughed and left the room.

It was a really sad sight, seeing Rey. She was covered in band-aids, ripped pieces of shirts. A syringe was lying beside her.

Again, a terrible feeling. It seemed like I was actually force sensitive.

"Poe. He just got hit and needs medical help", the same voice as before said in my head. Again, thousands of questions but no time.

So I ran outside to care for Poe.
