He took a step back away from me and put his hands up in surrender.
He opened his mouth to talk, but a harsh like knock on the door interrupted him.
"Police, open up," A gruff voice said from behind the door.
I turned on my heels and went into the bathroom.
I kept the light off and I shut the door, leaving only a sliver open so I could peek through.
Sam made sure I was hidden before he went over and opened the door.
Sam stood in the way for me too see the cop, but I could hear him.
"I'm Officer Jones and this is Officer Kallofe," The gruff voice said.
I saw Sam nod his head curtly.
"Can we ask you two a few questions?" The gruff voice-Officer Jones-asked.
Sam and Dean nodded.
They moved aside and the cops came in.
I made sure to keep my breathing quiet. My heart was racing quickly. I thought they may hear it.
The two cops looked very different from another.
One of them was on the short side with a beer belly, short dark hair, dark eyes and medium olive skin tone.
The other was taller and skinny, short blonde hair, light blue eyes, and pale skin.
"I was wondering," The short belly one started.
He had the gruff voice, so I guessed he was Officer Jones.
"If you've seen these two?" He said handing them two pictures.
I could only guess it was a picture of Jason and I.
Sam and Dean pretended to study the pictures, then shook their heads, and handed them back the pictures.
"We've never seen them," Dean said.
"Your sure?" Officer Kallofe asked.
They nodded.
"Ok then, we're you guys at the diner a little earlier this morning?" Officer Jones asked.
"Yeah, we grabbed some breakfast," Sam said.
The officers nodded.
"Ok, then why did the waitress's say they saw this young lady with you two at the diner?" Officer Kallofe asked.
He had his hand rested on the butt of his gun and the other was rested of the belt.
The guys shrugged.
"We had breakfast with an old friend, but it wasn't her," Dean said.
Sam stood their with his arms crossed over his chest.
Dean was looking a little irritated.
They have never really liked cops...or detectives...or anyone who can tell them what to do.
"Is that so?" Officer Jones questioned.
The guys nodded.
"Then explain this," Officer Jones said pulling out his phone.
He clicked a few things, then handed it to Sam.
Sam and Dean loomed down at the phone and a few moments later handed the phone back.
"We already told you, Officers, that isn't her," Dean said.
"It sure looks like her," Officer Kallofe said testily.
