•Lacey's POV•

It was currently 11:45pm and Ryan had gone outside to fetch the 'surprise.'

I was getting more anxious by the minute and my leg wouldn't stop bobbing up and down.

I was beyond shocked when Ryan walked in with a huge smile on his face wiping away tears.

"What's wrong?" I asked rushing over to him.

He cleared his throat smiling at me and shook his head as if to say that everything was alright.

"Jackson, Brandon, I need you two to come with me," Ryan's voice cracked a little bit the smile never left his face.

Everyone looked extremely confused including Brandon and Jackson but they wordlessly followed him outside.

I really wanted to follow them but Ryan said that I should wait here.

I sat down next to Rose and placed my head on her shoulder sighing.

"I wonder what's happening," Rose mumbled putting an arm around me pulling me closer to her.

"Me too."

Ryan, Brandon and Jackson were gone for around 10 minutes before they walked back in with smiles and tears.

"Please tell me what's going on," I whined unable to control myself.

"Give it 5 minutes," Brandon smiled genuinely for the first time tonight as he wiped his tears.

At precisely 11:58pm, an all to familiar song sounded throughput the room.

It was 'Daddy's Angel' by Tim McGraw.

I chocked up slightly feeling the tears fill my eyes. This was my fathers favorite song. He used to dance with me to this song all the time when he was still around.

One by one, the girls fathers walked in all sharply dressed in suits.

Melody, Rose, Lindsay, Haley and even Saadiyah got up and ran into their fathers open arms.

They slowly made their way to the dance floor and began slow dancing.

My heart tightened as I watched them wishfully, all adorned with pearly white smiles.

The fathers held so much love for their daughters in their eyes as did the daughters.

The clock struck 12:00am and a voice called out from directly behind me.

"May I have this dance?"

I spun around swiftly almost loosing my balance.

I looked at the tall figure in front of me and I was at a loss for words.

"Daddy?" I asked disbelievingly as I finally snapped out of my trance.

"Hey baby girl," he chuckled drawling out the word hey.
