A Malec Love Story❤️

Magnus was overcome with a feeling he doesn't feel often, loneliness. Even with an apartment full of people he felt alone without Alec. Something small and furry rubbed itself against Magnus' leg, "meow" it said softly. Magnus looked down to see Chairman Meow and scooped him up into his arms whilst stroking his fur softly. Magnus walked out into the living room where the party was taking place and clapped his hands loudly three times.

"Everybody leave now the party is over!" Magnus exclaimed loudly and Chairman Meow purred in agreement. The crowd slowly started to disperse until Magnus was finally alone with just Chairman Meow for company. Magnus sat down on the sofa and slowly started to drift off to sleep with the image of Alec stuck in his mind.

After rescuing Simon, Alec and everyone went back to the institute. Alec was debating whether to call Magnus or not, until he finally decided to be brave and go and visit Magnus. Alec put a soundless ruin on his boots and walked slowly down the hallway to the lift until he heard two loud voices coming from behind him.

"Alexander Gideon Lightwood where are you going without me?" Isabelle called out. Alec turned to face her and saw Jace standing next to her.

"Iz I'm just going out to do something." Alec told Isabelle firmly.

"Going out to do what?" Jace questioned. Alec squirmed awkwardly.

"Just stuff that has nothing to do with either of you." He said quietly. Jace gave Alec a suspicious look.

"I'm your Parabatai so of course it has something to do with me and Iz is your sister, just tell us Alec!" Jace exclaimed. Alec shook his head awkwardly and dawdled off into the elevator and then left the institute. Alec hated taking the subway but it was cheaper than a taxi and faster than walking, luckily it was only a few stops until he could get off and then a couple of minutes of walking until he reached Magnus. Alec sat silently until it was time to get off. When he got out to the street he was hit by a cold gust of wind which sent shivers down his spine. He reached Magnus' apartment block and the lobby door was open so he went in cautiously then walked up the stairs to Magnus' door and knocked softly.

Magnus was awoken by the sound of a soft knocking and chairman meow scratching the door. He stood up slowly, yawned and them opened the door carefully. Magnus was shocked to see Alec standing there awkwardly.

"Alexander to what do I owe the pleasure?" Magnus asked flirtatiously. "Umm.. uhh just call me Alec and um well I uhh just wanted to see you again as I umm kinda missed you." Alec stuttered shyly. Magnus could see colour flush into Alec's cheeks right after he said that. Magnus chuckled. "Well come in the Alec and make yourself comfortable." Magnus exclaimed as he led Alec inside. Alec sat down on the sofa and started to fidget a little. Magnus sat next to Alec.

"So... well.. um... uhh..ahh.." Alec started to awkwardly stutter.

"Alexander we both know why your here." Magnus exclaimed calmly.

"Umm well I..." Alec started.

"Oh Alexander just hurry up and kiss me if you want to!" Magnus ordered!
