Luke (8:00 am)
Today Antonio and I are meeting so I can get the latest on Shana. We decided to meet at a small café.
I walked in a ordered a cup of coffee while waiting for Ant to show up. He arrived in five minutes.
"Hey boss. I have all the information you wanted. " He said.
" Alright. Then tell me what I want to know". I replied back.
"Well first of all she lives with her mom. Her dad was murdered when she was young. She is single. She's in college to become a school teacher". He recited.
"Ha . She better be single. Otherwise her boyfriend would've been missing..well actually he would've been in my basement. " I said nonchalantly.
" Boss, with all due respect, that's why Shana isn't interested in you. " Antonio said
"What do you mean that's why?" I asked a little too upset.
"Sir, I mean you are being too rough and tough. Girls don't want to be constantly threatened, followed, and kidnapped. She wants a nice date which you stood her up. " Ant stated.
" Luke. You should listen to what a girl wants by b2k. It describes what you need to do. But even if you don't listen to it, you owe her some serious apologies and explanations." Ant said.
Well I know what I am doing today then...

I drove to Shana's apartment to go see her. I hope she is home and accepts my apology.
Ugh. Stupid fear. I literally paced at door deciding if I should knock or not. I finally decided to knock.
To my surprise, Shana's mom Cherry opened the door.
"May I help you? " She asked sweetly.
"I was wondering if Shana was home." I asked very timidly.
Shana's mother smiled. "Oh my goodness! My baby finally got a boyfriend." she exclaimed.
"Oh no ma'am. I want to be her boyfriend, but I'm not. " I explained.
"Oh. Well still come in. I will get her for you. " She said.
Her mother is very nice.
I walked in and saw her mother walk down the hallway to get her. I could slightly see into Shana's room. She was in bed sleep. Her mother was waking her up.
Her mother came over to me and told me to wait a moment while Shana freshens up.
"Would you like a muffin, honey?" Cherry asked.
" Yes please." I said. This muffin tasted pretty good.
After a few minutes Shana came out.
"Hi Shana. " I said.
" What are you doing here? Just lea-" I cut her off.
"Look. Before you say anything. I just wanted to apologize. I haven't been a gentleman to you. And for that, I am sorry. I'm sorry I kidnapped you, threatened you, and had you followed. But more importantly, I want to apologize for standing you up. I want to ask for your forgiveness. " I said while on my knees and holding her hand.
"I-I..I don't know what to say. But I have to admit, that took a real man to apologize. So...I forgive you. " She said with a smile.
Ant was right. That really is what a girl wants.
