Part 4
(y/n) had been off work for three months after her memories were restored and she hadn't talked to anyone. She couldn't believe he would wipe her memories, they had tried to reason with her, but Isaac wouldn't let them in. (y/n) said that if he let them in then she wouldn't speak to him either. The only thing she was mad at Isaac for was... well she didn't have a reason. He had done everything he had to make sure she was safe, that's all she could ask for. It was a shame she couldn't see it that way for Peter.
She wasn't even mad at Derek, she had said all she needed to say to him before her memory was wiped.
"She has risen!" Isaac joked, she just groaned. "Headache?" he asked.
"No" she sighed, "some idiot in a scarf keeps trying to make me feel better but it's just annoying me more" she sighed, looked up. Isaac sighed and looked disappointed until she grinned. "Yeah, a bit of a headache... I just- I told Peter something and..." she groaned.
"I'm guessing its embarrassing?"
"Yes. And even worse, I told him when I didn't know who he was. Or I was" she added, which made her feel worse. She decided to tell Isaac, not to gain advice, but just to get it off her chest.
Peter had invited (y/n) around for dinner as Isaac was out at work, she thought it couldn't harm anyone. Derek wasn't pleased, but, when was he? Peter had actually cooked and (y/n) was surprised but she wasn't sure why.
It was mainly Peter asking the questions and answering the ones she had asked. After dinner the wine was poured, "oh, I shouldn't, I have work" she said.
"You don't have to finish the bottle" Peter laughed lightly.
"True" (y/n) took the glass and held it up, "cheers."
As she took a sip, Peter asked, "What was the most daring thing you've ever done?"
"Oh wow, that's a question" she laughed, and then took a minute to think, "I'd say getting a tattoo when I moved to Paris." Derek and Peter exchanged looks and (y/n) took it a different way than to what they were thinking. "What? Don't I look like someone who would have a tattoo?"
"Well..." Peter teased, "What's it of? A butterfly?"
"No" (y/n) laughed, she felt herself getting a little flustered. "It's a name, erm-" she didn't know how to explain it, "it's actually 'Peter'. I have no idea why I got it, I wasn't drunk or anything. It's a strange one" she frowned and her heart rate quickened, "I think I'm going to go now" she said and rushed out the door.
Later she would go back and apologise for rushing off, then invite them around if they wanted to. Derek made sure Peter turned down the offer. Both of them knew they were getting too close and eventually she would start remembering.
"Can I see it?" Isaac asked. (y/n) stared at him, "alright maybe another time" he said, she continued to look at him in this same way, "or never. Nevers good."
"I just want to know why I had it done, I still don't know, with all my memories restored" she huffed. The watched as Isaac made her coffee, he looked at her as she sipped, he had an answer but she wasn't going to like it. "Don't say it" she huffed, she knew she would have to speak to him. She would have to speak to Peter. She wasn't fond of the idea. Not at all.
"You'll have to talk to him eventually, I mean-" Isaac didn't know how to explain it without freaking her out, even more so, "he just won't- he isn't going to give up on you." Isaac realised that sounded more romantic that he intended and they were probably listening waiting to hear if (y/n) was coming around.
