Doctors POV

I was empty my breathing had slowed my body chilled she was gone. It was for the best it seemed that anyone I loved would be forced to live on a parallel universe. Wait I love her how can I after everything she has one thing that Rose could never compete with.... Everlasting Life.

And her son oh why hadn't I told her that she had too do everything she could spend as much time as possible and help live his life to the full.

"Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid" I muttered under my breath while banging my head against the screen.

Knock Knock Knock. That didn't sound like me hitting my head against the console. I listened. Bang Bang Bang someone was really thumping my Tardis oooh im not happy now.

"Doctor" someone screamed I recognized that voice I would recognize it anywhere. I ran to the door before stopping I couldn't lose her again not so close to losing Heather. I couldn't leave her.

I stepped towards the door trying to stop my self it was impossible. The door creaked open and she saw me and my new face. Her lips lifted into a smile her dull brown eyes sparkled her lank hair escaped her pony tail and was wavy straight.

My Rose is back.

"Rose" I whispered

She laughed at me and looked at my new face my new body she saw the bowtie and tweed jacket and all she could say is " What is that" she laughed while pointing at the bowtie.

"It's my bowtie, bowties are cool" I answered bowties were cool whatever anyone else said they were.

I got the idea for bowties from 2012 I went to watch an award ceremony The Wanted one something like best boyband and Jay McGuiness was wearing a very cool bowtie. That was just after my latest regeneration.

"Doctor, I've missed you, I love you" she whispered

"Rose Tyler" I smiled "I love you too, well my old self did and I suppose that's st..." I was interrupted as Rose kissed me a pure and simple kiss that lingered and grew more passionate by the second. My life with Rose included a lot of danger a lot of running through the day, and passion filled nights this went on for.

20 years and 3 months later

Rose and I agreed to live on the parallel universe if we could get through she was to old for the running and it was hard for me to leave her. I would probably run and leave a note, no that's selfish and it's Rose.

Getting off the Tardis was well, weird Heather crossed my mind but I hid the smile that came whenever I thought of that lonely girl. Walking quickly ahead we came across the Tyler household.

It was weird meeting myself and Rose had tamed him slightly but he was still good company. Even if he tried to steal the Tardis multiple times all failed attempts.

"Doctor, did you ever think about using the time vortex so that I could live forever with you" Rose questioned

Never had I thought of it. " I did but it could cause the vortex to collapse and well then we couldn't travel we'd be stuck" I answered with a lie.

"Ohh" she answered

"Come on, lets go for a walk its to stuffy" I said while getting up and holding my hand out.

I was already trapped living a normal life and it made me claustrophobic I loved being able to go anywhere I wanted whenever I wanted.

Suddenly I caught a woman from falling she looked at Rose and all I could do was stare.

It was Heather.
