Long and boring chapter guys. I'm sorry but A.N is running out of ideas. Forgive me 😞

Today's different from all other days, atleast in PHASE it is. Today all the operatives aren't going to follow their schedule to missions accordingly. Today is a training day for all the operatives in PHASE.

Training includes enhancing and developing one's own abilities and limits. It helps an operative to push his abilities more and therefore becoming stronger.

Nine informed our team to gather infront of the main quarter. He will distribute which training each member would take today. So seven of us gather in the main quarter early in the morning.

I can already see new faces infront of me as soon as I enter the hall. Zero,Nine,Four,Six, Five and Eight was already there among my team mates. But there was another new face among them.

He was tall, broad shoulders which children like to climb on, optimistic face and his facial features were really good to look at. My mind immediately clicked.

That must be the last operative Three that I got yet to meet

"Hello there.I am operative Three."

My gaze falls upon the small smile on his face. He was extending his hand to me for a handshake.I gladly accept it.

"I am Seven.Nice to meet you."

"Yeah, I hope we'll work well together."

We flash each other smiles before Nine interrupts our conversation by clearing his throat. We turn to look at the leader who was looking back at us already.

"If you're done with introductions, shall we start our training?"he asks with a small smile. We smile back at him with a nod.

"I sent you all your training for today in your phones. Check that out and start your training accordingly. Our main objective is to develop our ability. Now go."

What? But I didn't get anything?

"Umm Nine bu---"

"Yeah Seven.I have to talk to you."

The rest of the members were shortly split after awhile, only leaving me and the leader alone.

"So Seven,I heard that on the mission given the day before yesterday, you were the one who hacked the door."

Scenes of that day replays on my mind and I awkwardly scratch my head.

"Yes. That was completely unexpected. My augs somehow started."

"Since you are still not assigned to a definite species, I think it's better if you explore your abilities now. This is an important work to test your limits."

Test my limits?

"I decided to drop you into multiple trainings. Others have training in only one sector but you have three."

I leave a small sigh under my breath. I had to go to missions as training and now I have to also work and train harder than others because I was still floating on the sea of options. These all are gonna be tiresome.

But I don't have any other choice

"Then should I just visit every training centre to test myself today?"
