Something is going to happen

What should I do?

Beads of sweat drops from me and I just stare blankly in the air. The pressure on my shoulder rising at each breath I take.

"Your decision?"the man asks once again, his feet slightly pressing on Zero's lying body and the latter groans in pain, making my heart clench in despair. But the pair of daughter and father standing behind me kept stared at me too, their eyes displaying hidden messages. I gulp largely.

"You can take the pendrive. Please leave the operative.  "

Zero's eyes widen at me and he vigorously shakes his head, constantly telling me to take back my words. The leader smiles in victory and gestures to Zero's pocket. With despair,I walk towards the crawling male who took small steps behind.

"I'm not going to give you---" You should've let me die!"he keeps hiding his pockets with his hands, not allowing me to even touch him. The condition of his health was worsening and I look at him in eagerness.

Please be patient I promise I won't disappoint you

"Stay still" I simply say as I try to grab both of his hands, my eyes pleading to him. But to my dismay, he yanks my hand away harshly. Then looking at me with eyes which displayed pure hatred, he glares at me.

"Don't touch me. Just because I like you doesn't mean I'll compromise you ruining my missions " with full hatred laced in his voice, he keeps glaring at me. A beat of my heart drops as I stare at his eyes.

"This is going to take forever"

The leader lifts up the collar of Zero's shirt and I almost punch his face. Swiftly he takes out the pendrive from him and smashes him towards the elevator, earning a huge sound from the impact.

"You don't have to hurt him you jerk!"I raise my voice at him before rushing towards him. My heart beat increasing every moment. The man smirks, looking completely untouched towards my words. As soon as he turns back, I attack him at once, my augs activated immediately.

He groans in pain at my fists, legs stumbling back a few steps. Then he turns to give me a deadly glare.

"You woman---"

I don't give him the chance to speak before landing my fist at him once again. Then I kick him at once at his both legs, my rage increasing.

But before I can attack again, I was suddenly thrown back to the elevator next to Zero,my legs becoming numb at once. The man steps towards me, his eyes flashing in anger.

Shit

I try to move my hands and legs but only realizing he was applying his augs on me, freezing me in my place. My heart accelerated as he comes very close to me, almost I can hear him breathing quickly.

But suddenly he was thrown down on the floor. My eyes widen as I see Zero crawled on the floor with the man's legs in his hands.

"Die!"

Everything comes to a halt when another gunshot was heard and I hold my breadth in fear. My eyes widen in horror as I see the man getting up and running for his life like nothing happened,the gun in his hands. Zero's face was a mixture of shock as his hands tightly grasp the place of his stomach, bloods gusting down from his mouth.

"Sir!Young miss!Please go outside and return to your place!"I guide down the hosts in hurry.

"But what'll happen---"
