Namjoon's POV:

i couldn't sleep that night. i think i was nervous about seeing her again; jin lee. i think she's too pretty for me.

and too nice. it worries me that someone can be so nice to me. i don't know why.

i rolled over in my bed, sighing.

meeting jin lee could have been the start of a new chapter in my miserable life; a happier chapter. but of course, i felt the same emptiness when she looked me in the eye.

i didn't deserve her...or anyone.

i got up and went to my bedroom window. leaning against the cold glass. listening to the sound of the spring rain seemed to calm me down a bit.

until i saw a girl running across the street. strange. why was she running at this hour?
