I found myself anxious at the thought of Lilly being with this guy. I needed to make sure she was okay. I needed to see for myself if she was with him. If that dirty scumbag had her. Racing towards the house I felt my grip on the steering wheel turn tighter. My knuckles turning white from how hard I was holding it. With All the pressure I was putting on the steering wheel I'm surprised it didn't snap. I made silent promises to Lilly in my head as I was driving along. One of them being I would never let her go once I got her back. I would always be there to protect her and I would treat her like the queen she is. My queen. And the queen of my heart. I have never wanted anything more in my life than to just give Lilly a hug. I missed her. My heart aches for her and still, even though she ran away from me I knew deep down she was trying to protect me. I have never wanted anything more than to see her beautiful smile. The one that could make you smile from just looking at it. Speeding down the highway I have made a promise that I will take her away on a holiday, maybe somewhere in the sun. I was getting close to the building now, my heart pounding in my chest. I couldn't control myself. I needed to find her. Not caring where I park the SUV I jumped out of it and ran over to my team. One of them handed me a bulletproof vest while one of the others handed me my gun and ammo.
